He is efficient and always let you know what's happening. Got a quote after detailing my car and got on 18000 for the quote. After they called me they backfilled and offered less than 5. Nothing is wrong with the car in any way only small scratches but they are buffing out. Feels like a bate and switch going on there. Other offers for the car are over 12000 thought I’d give another company a go to spread the love. Guess not.

Without being biased, I was disrespected and insulted literally. Not sure if the sales staff behave like this out of their work or if it's just part of their training script. Either way, insulting a customer isn't going to get you any sales mates. Do better.

You did this yourself.". Will constantly gaslight and pressure you to buy a horrible car to make a sale then turn it around to say they didn't do that. My experience with them was nothing but pleasant. The pricing looked way too good to be true and their finance lady did not run me through the costings. Just asked for my license and that was it. I found a better car with better pricing and a more thorough experience somewhere else, and they too had a lot of customers who had a negative experience with OzCar Penrith. asked could they drive the car to Taree to get fix and then when he came and picked his car up at the end of the day they went no sorry didn’t get done, The guy wasn’t working today.

We have had it in at the mechanics numerous times and every time we contact Oz cars they say is not under warranty. My son has spent over $5000 having this Ute fix. The car is now in at the mechanics. It’s undriveable and he has to spend $3000 so he can drive it again.

I would never ever EVER recommend Oz cars to anybody particularly the Port Macquarie branch. It is absolutely disgusting that someone who is an apprentice thinking they’re buying a great Ute, because that’s what it looked like has ended up having to spend thousands to fix it and for Oz car just to say over and over again sorry not under warranty.

Please if you’re considering buying from Oz cars don’t do it. Not worth the hassle as nice as the salesman may have been car is absolute trash.

Brake failure on ranger. I Called the Oz car yard at Moorooka and got the car on a tow truck back to yard. Under warranty . No issues fixed and returned. Thank you. Show reply

appointment scheduler simply told me that the earliest appointment was some weeks away. Mum is almost 89; lives an hour and a half from us; it’s her only car and she is my brother’s carer - and he was in hospital, however the scheduler didn’t care about any of that! Zac was amazing!!

Be careful when looking at this site. They want your details and then use them to annoy you. I was going to look for a car this morning and got interrupted ad within minutes my phone was ringing from a salesman.

Tamworth mechanic Jason is the best mechanic we have ever been to aswell we get him to do all our cars pink slips and anything else we need. Why whinge when you buy a car off Oz Car. It is only for those of you with poor credit ratings that can’t buy a car through the usual legitimate car dealers that most people use. Enjoy the fact that some company while they may be not necessarily adhering to the lending codes of conduct at least provide an avenue for those with of you the government considers unable/unworthy to be buying a car tries to help you.
