Paid for my items and the dispatch date has been moved back 3 times and I'm not confident I will receive my goods at all. I followed up with their customer contact andi have received no reply. Paid 12.99 for shipping and 10 days on from order and payment nothing has been dispatched at all. I just want a refund at this point and to never deal with Ozsale again. They can't legally take your money and not provide goods.

Ordered size 11 US men’s Adidas trainers. Received size 9US men’s Adidas trainers. Went through the hassle and draining return process and ordered again. Same result. This has to be a scam because I’ve still not been refunded for the first lot.

Entertainment TV Unit – I have ordered Entertainment Unit from OZ Sale. They have sent the item with incorrect doors and There was scratches in the door. I have notified OZ Sale about the issues. Also request them to send the correct item with correct door. I also send them pictures and videos. So far, I haven't received any response. member in the same chat, offering to send me a replacement. I told them to shove it. I spent some time trying to find how to contact OzSale, but they offer no other way than their chat. Here's how to escalate your issue: Step 1. Inevitably receive horrible "customer service"

Step 2. Don't even waste your time contacting Ozsale, instead write a review here or on trustpilot with 1 star and your invoice number

Step 3. Wait. It won't be long, about an hour if their chat is open, and you'll be contacted by OzSale.

Original review: Placed an order for 6 items that never arrived. After contacting them I was told they were lost and offered a refund, but not a replacement, even though the same items were still for sale on their store. Disappointed, but did receive the refund. Placed another order for 2 items on the 9th of November, and only received one item. Had to wait for the latest delivery date before they would enquire. On the 7th of December I made an enquiry about where my item was, and got computer generated responses. Communication is dismal, with not a single promise of following up (up to a count of 13) has been followed up, rather I’ve had to contact them. They don’t answer my questions in communications, consistently receiving default replies, and there is no other point of contact they’ve told me because of COVID. I’ve been asking for a refund since the 7th of January, 2 months after I placed my order. Since then, I get told they are waiting on their supplier and I’ll receive an update in 1-2 business days. It’s now the 25th of January, and after multiple requests for a refund ($19.95) they still refuse to do so. I’m stuck having to message them every 2 business days for an update, getting the same reply: “I am so sorry for the delay. I am still following up with the supplier to get a solution for this issue. I will provide you with an update within 1-2 business days.” With no ability to escalate or chase it further…

the size of the order and size of the box. Despite raising this with them, they have refused to acknowledge that the rest of the order could not have been shipped in that box.

Their response was to tell me to file a police report—yet who exactly would I be reporting? Ozsale themselves for failing to send the goods I paid for? This feels like blatant dismissal of responsibility, and as a paying customer, I feel misled and taken advantage of.

updates (untrackable) When I contacted customer service, they replied that the item had been delivered and suggested I track it, but didn’t explain where or how. I still haven’t received my order, and my follow-up messages received no helpful response.

This is not the first time I’ve faced such issues with Ozsale. Their team only does what they want and ignores customer instructions. Their customer service is extremely poor. I will be reporting this recurring problem to NSW Fair Trading.

Scammers. I had a very disappointing experience with OZSALE. I placed an order and paid using Afterpay, but later they cancelled my order because the item was apparently “out of stock.” Even though they cancelled it, the Afterpay payments are still going through, and I have not received my order at all.

I purchased the Vida XL bedside cabinet. The quality is extremely poor chipping and already bubbled. I did email about the quality being poor as I did want to return the bedside tables and they replied with an email stating that they had reimburse me $20 and left it at that They cost $100 each and I want to return both of them as I have no need for rubbish.

It's sad to see the counterfeit market entering the ozsale platform and it is even more disappointing that l have to bring this to public attention in order for someone to properly contact me about this very very disappointing experience.

saying dispatched and the app says that too, I was hopeful. Aus Post Tracking, however, just said pending for days. I'm now being told it hasn't been sent. Why the email, tracking number, and app saying otherwise? Customer Service refuses to answer questions, keeps just saying can refund. I don't want a refund; I want the necklace and an explanation. Now I've just been told I've been refunded it - not clear if my several requests to still send have also been completely ignored. Promise to send today not followed through - tracking still saying pending. I will be taking the matter up with Fair Trading.

 Follow-up  · After continued emails & reference to this review someone finally saw sense & offered me a $20 voucher & apology. Shame it took so long & actually a shame OzSale closing. Leaves consumers with less on-line options.

at the end of the month. No communication whatsoever that the order had been cancelled. Now left scrambling to find the items in question elsewhere. Plus I am still trying to figure out where my refund went. Obviously since I expended the full amount of my gift card, I had disposed of the card. Waiting to hear back from their online team regarding next steps for a refund. Seriously doubt I’d ever order things from them again.

 Follow-up  · Still no response from OzSale. I just read they’re shutting down their site and operations in January as well. So looks like they’ve taken my money along win many others.

Fraudulent website, avoid at all cost. I bought four dresses that were described as made of 100% silk, and they are actually polyester. read negative comments, but they do not reflect the platform at all, as I have been a longtime customer for over 10 years! And it's a matter of learning how this online retailer operates and how different sellers work. They have a fully informative, transparent system letting you know each phase of your order. As sellers range from local to international, shipping times will differ, but orders are always delivered, and tracking is always available to ensure items arrive safely. Again, please be mindful of this before judging Ozsale and get yourself a bargain like I have for many, many years :)

In February I purchased 2 electronic lighters. So about 3 weeks later I received one ? After waiting for 3 months i sent them an email asking about the other lighter that i had paid for and they sent back an email saying " took too long and we are not obligated to send the item or refund the money??? Takes money from Paypal Account when no goods purchased. Beware – For past several months they have debit my Paypal account then 2 Minutes later refunded amount. This has happened 8 times. They have no telephone number or email address to report too. Only can message via facebook. Answers are either generic or unhelpful. Today they did same again to value $4,000. Bank claims they have glitch in system. But Ozsale fob me off. I havent bought off them nor do I have an account. Very unhappy.

Disgusting customer service. Will never use the site again! Sent the wrong size, then expected me to return the item, to a courier over an hour away before they would refund the order, and only the order amount! Not the postage! They caused the error, but I'm out of pocket and a 2hour round trip out of my way. Absolutely not!!
