provide me adequate address information, plus pack and then apply the labels correctly to the carton. PACK & SEND use the most reliable courier services for their international courier transport, with my parcel shipped by DHL Express. The parcel was picked up the very next day after I booked and I also received ample online tracking information from PACK & SEND and from DHL. My package arrived in a matter of a few days and I availed myself of a DHL option to collect from a local collection point. Overall I’m very impressed with my whole experience with PACK & SEND and DHL :-)

so total lack of communication in the business and in addition the parcels got delivered to the wrong address when unit numbers are clearly marked on front door. The parcels required signature, but they left it outside the front door and took a picture instead. Now hoping the people where it got delivered to will give us our parcels back and they will be still in good unopened condition. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When you ring the office, they are not happy that you are not happy with them. Incompetent is one word that describes them all.

Paid for bike to be transported from Melbourne to Gold Coast. Paid high postage costs for express delivery. Bike arrived 4 days late and was badly damaged on transit. Didn't Accept from courier. So glad i checked item before signing. Clearly very poorly handled in transit. Stay away is my only advice. Bit of a Nightmare in end. Show details

I can't recommend highly enough. I'm in Australia. Australia Post lost my tracked and registered passport documents and I resent duplicates via this Company. Had my work items sent interstate ready for my event, and everything arrived days before me, which made the event smooth, and they even arranged to have it collected and brought home. Liam was absolutely amazing! I had a large framed piece of artwork with glass front to be couriered from Geelong to Gold Coast. He realised how stressed I was about the risk of transporting glass. I'd packed the frame as best as I could. Liam advised me he would check it out & repack if needed, of which he did at no extra cost. Frame arrived within a week & no damage whatsoever! situation far worse for me, and I left the shop in tears after dealing with him. It seems to be luck as to whether you get him on a good or bad day.
