Excellent – My camera is 6 years old now and been all the place and taken thousand of pics. I have had no trouble with it and love the quality of the photos it takes. It is easy to use and well put together. In that time I have friends who have had 2 or 3 new cameras but mine is still hanging in there as good as ever. Just goes to show that if you buy something of good quality and a good brand name it does pay off. Especially with your precious pics which are precious memories. The great quality

Excellent – I'm not much of a photographer, but I did a lot of research on digital cameras around the $400 mark, & the Lumix FS15 ticked all the boxes for me. I mostly use the Intelligent Auto mode so I can't really comment on all the manual options, but after several hundred photos I haven't taken a bad one yet. Unlike my previous 2 digitals (a Fuji & a Canon) which both struggled to focus a lot of the time. The LCD screen is quite clear & has the option to change the viewing angle. Battery life is very good. The wide angle Leica lens is great as it fits in much more than a standard lens. 5x optical zoom makes a big difference over the usual 3x found on most cameras for a similar price. It feels solid (aluminium casing) & is easy to use.

As I said, I'm not much of a photographer, but with this camera I've taken some fantastic photos that I could never achieve with my previous cameras. Great picture quality, easy to use, Leica wide angle lens, uses standard SD memory card (not expensive brand specific cards like sony & olympus), small & compact, 5x optical zoom, 12 MP. Nothing yet.
