Panasonic Lumix DMC-LC1

Good – This is my camera of choice when taking photos off a tripod. Great for stills and macro shots. It is a bit bulky (as is a DSLR) so not the ideal travel camera. I keep it in the car for the opportune shot. 5.2MP is more than enough for 90% of my photos. Great feel and ergonomics. Glass is superb and manual control is perfect. Flash does the job.

Great Panasonic build quality. Sensor went but was replaced under warranty, after some "effort", by Panasonic Australia.

Odd lens diameter. If only Panasonic/Leica had picked a "standard" lens diameter it would have been so much easier selecting filters. Solution is to use a step up adapter.
