Panasonic NN-S754WF

excellent microwave – This has been my second microwave in 30 years, it's an excellent machine. Only now has the door started to stick and the paint coming off the bottom, and iv'e had this one about 15 years. I'm finding it hard to get another one the same as I love this so much.

Exactly what we wanted after much searching – Our old Panasonic Genius burnt out the rotating plate belt after many years. Too expensive to repair. The vents were on the top but most new ones have vents on the side and our cupboard is too narrow for side vented models. We had to find a slimmer newer model. At work, and others houses, we've used round knob ones which take too long to program accurately, ones that don't stop beeping till the kids come back to get their food out, and cool down ones which supposedly are annoying. We read all these reports about noisy cool down, soft beeps, bad cooking. So we spent hours trying to find a microwave just like our old one without these new "evils". Bah humbug. What rubbish! This model is easily as good our long trusted Genius model. Cooks better, as it should, being a much newer model. A lot of the reviews that mentioned "issues" were just red herrings. We already don't notice the cool down at all. The beep is fine. If you are replacing an 1100w Genius this will not be a disappointment. Boy did we waste a lot of time searching! We are very happy with this model. Hopefully we won't have to do all this again for many years! I'm posting this to perhaps save others some time! Bon appetit. Quick button press cooking. Cooks well. Slim outside, big inside. A perfect ""normal" microwave!

Good – I love the large size of this machine, we are a family of six and I use it daily. I cook all of my vegies, pasta, porridge, you name it. Althought I was not happy that it died so soon, I am aware that it gets alot of use and I probably got my moneys worth. I was happy enough that I replaced it with the latest Panasonic (mainly because of the size and love its features).

If you cook and not just reheat then this machine is worth the money. Cooks well, easy to clean, very large capacity, fits a baby bottle with the lid on! Lots of great features and easy to use. Auto defrost is great, just enter the weight and it does the rest for you. Unfortuantly it died after only 2.5 years (my previous Panasonic 44 litre lasted 5 years).

Excellent – I like it, and haven't had any trouble with it at all. The larger size is great, and cuts down on time since you can put more than one dish in it at one time! worth the extra money. Fantastic size - fits everything you need. Nothing - maybe a bit more costly!
