Pentax Optio SV

Excellent – I'm no camera buff and I can use it easily and with good results. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a compact camera with great features. Very good compact size. I needed it to be small enough to chuck in a small handbag at a wedding etc and still have room for essentials (phone, wallet, lippy etc). Easy to use - point and shot, hold button half-way down to focus, that's about it. Can hook it up to PC without hassles. Contrary to other reviewer, I didn't find battery life too brief, I often use it then take it out again at the next function and it's still got battery life in it, but then I'm not really an avid photo taker, am happy with a couple of dozen shots for the day usually. A spare battery and a case would have been nice to be includeded in the package. Came with trial versions of some software - a proper graphics package would have been nice.
