Prompt delivery - happy to price match at even more reduced cost & you can chat to a person & not just a bot! (that was on dog food) - raw food delivered with care each time, well packed with frozen ice packs & cooling blankets all of which can be recycled. sigh... a private courier to deliver. Well, I'm rural, just outside Canberra. I have never had a positive experience when private couriers are involved. Never.
If they stated on their website that they use couriers, I would have given my family's address in Canberra. I'm frustrated as the flea treatment I ordered is needed now, not in weeks. And it's sitting in some van somewhere in Sydney, no one knows where.
Probably best not to use this company if you need things promptly, or don't live in a city.
Follow-up · Pet Circle got in touch after I did the original review. They concluded that the original order was "lost" and I got the impression the courier company they use does this. delivered tomorrow. The next day i receive an email saying it has been delivered but nothing there. Online chat for 30 mins to discover that it had gone back to warehouse and would not be reattempted for 3 days. I live 10 mins away from the warehouse btw. This is the second time ethis exact scenario has happened. Instead of attempting redelivery the next day, it goes back to warehouse and takes additional days. Emails say one thing, but the actions are completely different. Offers a refund so i can source locally, but refund takes 3-5 days to receive, so no, i can't go and source locally as my money is withheld. No "I'm sorry our drivers lied, i'm sorry our communications lie and are unclear". When i went back to challenge i was offered a measly $10 coupon. After spending 30 mins on chat and at least another 90 mins to go out and source locally, my time to them is worth $10 for what is their mistakes causing the issues. All to save $3 from RRP. Not good enough
Follow-up · No attempt by company to make anything right, no follow up, nothing. Went and sourced at local PetBarn for $2 more than their price, worth it to not have to deal with the stress of dealing with this enshitified company.

Many cats have kidney failure, and are VERY hard to feed. Losing weight is a bad symptom, as they VERY often wont eat renal foods. People spend a fortune on trying everything they can, with most attempted renal foods being uneaten. Trying one or 2 of various types is good, and means less is thrown out. But Pet Circle DONT offer ANY of the Hills… Read more
brand renal wet food in single packs- have to pay big to try it out! And needing several tempting flavours, means a couple of hundred bucks must be spent. NOT helping to keep our cats alive!

I ordered Drontal Worm Tabs for my 2 Ragdoll Cats, but unfortunately they are too large for them to swallow whole, so had to try & break them in half which is hard because they are thick. My cats that are usually easy to tablet, coughed & splattered & foam at the mouth as I was trying to get them to swallow & was a terrible experience for me & them.
