Good – This is a good hair straightener that is easy to store. Aside from the above comments, I'd recommend to anyone who needs a reliable straightener that does it's job. It heats up very quickly - very handy when you need it early in the morning! There is no burning smell when you use it - so it is safe on the hair. It is smooth, so there is less chance of any hair getting stuck to the unit itself. It gets hot in the plastic area around the ceramic plate. I've burned myself s couple of times on my head because of this. They should put something that doesn't conduct heat there to prevent people from burning themselves.
