and inconsistent sizing info, and disappointed me with the inflexible online design function.

So i went back to Pistol Clothing where things were very straightforward. the online design function is much better - esp because i can eliminate the background of an image completely, in one go - and the service was responsive and clear, and the quality of the finished product was clear - crisp and colourful.

The experience was good - a good Australian-based company that is worthy of local support. The superior online design function Just one or two more apparel options in the Kids tshirts would have been good

Twelve hours later I picked up the prints and boy I had the biggest smile from ear to ear!

Colours were very vibrant and matched well with the original digital file. That was five months ago,

I have worn and washed the t-shirts too many times to count and they are still as good as they were when I first got them printed.

I definitely recommend Pistol, [name removed] and the team are super friendly, they know their craft and will deliver on time all the time.

the 10th day since placing my order I then emailed the company (overall I contacted them more than 5 times before I actually got a response) to find out where my order was as I should have received it by now. I was disappointed to be told that my order hadn't even been shipped, I was even more disappointed with the fact no one bothered to email me to let me know my order was delayed instead I had to keep trying to contact them. I was then told I would have my order sent the next day and someone would Email me with a tracking number....nope no email. So I emailed them a few days later for the tracking number and was ignored once again. Being extremely frustrated, I left a negative review on their facebook page and honestly that was the quickest they had ever responded to me. They apologized for the lack of customer service and offered me a $40 credit on any purchase. I was a bit hesitant but I accepted and began planning my jumper. They sent this email on the 5th of august. I sent them pictures and a highly detailed email of what I wanted. After no response, I sent another email on the 9th asking if what I requested was acceptable and what was happening with my order. It has now almost been 10 days since they have replied. I am beyond furious. I was told my order would be completed and sent asap. I will not be using this service ever again, and I will definitely 100% not be recommending this company. Happiness begins with a smile! – I was very happy with the service. The guy who served me was very friendly, reliable and efficient. Worst Service – My first order I received two hoodies that had the worst quality print I have ever seen. I rang back complaining about the print and she knew exactly what I was talking about - they knew the quality of print was bad before they even sent them! Two weeks later and I still havent seen the hoodies arrive (they advertise 5 day delivery). So I rang back asking when they would be sent, and they still havent been printed!!!
