This was okay to start with but not a lasting design – this fan is ok when it works. But turn it off then on again and no go.On investigating after no help it does not run on a bearing but is slightly magnitised and fits loose inside a copper wired coil..After a fair run the shaft goes tight and the fan will not rotate it has worn out its fitting position inside the coil and a very non lasting design.  Show details

Been a good fan – Had this about three years now , had no issues , keeps you much cooler than a standard fan , slept well during the heat waves we have had , water tank big enough to go all night. It does leave rusty water in the bottom if you don't empty it after a few weeks , must have a steel spring in the bottom of tank instead of stainless. Would buy it again.  Show details ·  1

Very good fan during warm weather – I have found this fan very good in the mild to warm weather and it works great in conjunction with the small air con we have on the hotter days. The misting action works well but not on humid days. I am glad we purchased this fan but would lik to find spares for it.

Had to return twice then just got a refund :/ – Great for just using as a pedestal fan, but no good if you are lying down on a bed, as can not adjust the head to tilt down. The misting is temperamental works then does not work. I would invest on just a really good quality high viscosity pedestal fan. I paid $99 for the misting fan and it was a piece of junk, got a good quality high viscosity… Read more

pedestal fan for $85 and 100% better at keeping the room cooler :) As just a fan it is ok. Can not tilt the fan head downwards.

Cool Fan – I bought this fan as a replacement for my daughter's room. The remote control features and timer control are very handy especially at night when she sleeps and I only want the fan on until early morning when the temperature drops. It is easy to assemble and I could do it without reading the instructions - it's pretty intuitive. The only… Read more

complaint is that the fan head tilt screw does not keep the fan head up; the fan head is a little too heavy to keep it at the angle that I want.

The electrical cord is also quite short, but that was overcomed by using an extension. Having said that, it is still a great product, and much more stable than the previous stand fan we had - that one had a really heavy fan head and tended to tilt over in certain positions. I really like the remote control feature (lazy me!) and would recommend this easy to use product. Timer control, remote control, stable (does not tilt over). Unable to keep the angle of tilt due to flimsy screw mechanism, short electrical cord.

Cool – Great unit, remote control, 3 speeds with 3 different modes. Timer and oscillation. The mister has 3 levels and works very well. Instructions a bit tacky but common sense helps. Have not yet been able to test it on a real hot dry day! Large water tank Height not adjustable, nor the head can be tilted.
