be possible to buy a metal band and replace the plastic one. Unfortunately owing to the configuration of the watch and band this is not possible. This watch was intended to be a birthday gift for my daughter who is a landscape gardener and of course needs a very strong band on any watch she wears. About 8 years ago I bought this same watch from a local retailer and it did have a stainless steel band and this current purchase was intended to be a replacement for the first watch which had worn out.

I have emailed The Prime Watch store twice with no reply also have tried to phone on several occasions and left messages to have my call returned - nothing from Prime Watch Store.

In one of my emails I have asked for a refund and I have not heard back. Since they've charged me $300 and provided such incredibly poor service, I intend to pursue this with complaints to the consumer complaints organisations in both NZ and Australia. Maybe this way I can at least get my money back. So be warned, don't shop from these people, you're likely to be ripped off and treated with the worst customer service experience of your life. By the way you can see from all the other reviews that they are consistently terrible, I wish I had looked into it before making the purchase.

Fossil Watch – Bought a Fossil watch for my son and after initially receiving it within the 7-10 days as stated, I was pleased. However, the watch stopped working after a month and I have sent a number of emails and have tried to call through but it just rings out...I am very frustrated and I can't get any response!!

Prime Watch Store doesn't rate any stars – I ordered a watch 6 weeks ago and after 1 month was told they couldn't supply me with my chosen watch because the only one they had in their warehouse was cracked, despite their website showing availability and still does. I am still waiting for my refund which was promised 2 weeks ago. Needless to say I would not recommend buying anything from Prime Watch Store. Disappointing in every way

worst experience ever! – Their customer service was very poor! Still waiting for the item, it has been over 20 days and recieved no compensation for this inconvenience. I have sent emails and left messages but received no reply until I threatened to cancel the order. I could have bought the item direct from the US for a lot less, but went with the store as it said 7-10 delivery. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Still waiting – I have ordered a MK watch a week ago and am still waiting for dispatch. I have emailed both customer service and info and have yet to hear back. MK has already taken $300 from my bank and I'm still waiting despite having provided all information such as verification. This is taking too long and there is no express delivery available. Excellent service – I had a $150 worth of credit from Scoopon and used it to buy the Armani AR2434 from Prime Watch Store but after receiving the item I decided to send it back to get another one. I contacted the customer service first and they said they will replace it at no extra charge. Fast delivery and friendly customer service.

address as well.) I sent off the watch to Prime Store on 30/1012 (via registered mail). I didn't receive any feedback from Prime Store, so I called them on 14/12/12. The receptionist told me that the person, "[name removed]", was away and directed me to email him, then I did send email to him on the same day. Still nothing heard from Prime Watch Store, I called Prime Watch Store again on 8/1/13. The same receptionist answered my call and told me "[name removed]" was not in the office. I repeated my concerns again over the phone and mentioned that I sent email him before, my next option is to go to their office in person, then, I was transferred to "[name removed]"! "[name removed]" said he remembered my name (so he's aware of my warranty claims). But he said, I didn't buy the watch from Prime Watch Store, and he is not responsible for my claim, instead, I should go to DFC for warranty.

Prime Watch Store held my purchased item for 2 months, only after I kept contacting them, told me they're not responsible. "[name removed]" also gave me an example that, if I bought the watch from David Jone's , I should go back to the retailer for any issues according to Australian laws.

I bought it from DFC online, it's not a physical shop. DFC guaranteed local repair, and directed me the Prime Watch Store as the place to go, now Prime Watch Store refused my claims after receiving the returned watch for more than 2 months! During the whole saga, neither with DFC nor Prime Watch Store, contacted me. I had to call and email them many times after long waitings. the price poor quality, no warranty done so far, terrible services

Problem Solved! – As my previous review, my problem has been solved! And prime watch store kindly refunded my money to me for the faulty Burberry watch that hasn't been working ever since we bought it. Turns out Burberry took forever to have the watch checked but still didn't fix it and Prime Watch Store decided to give me my money back. Excellent service!

Misleading information – Bought a watch from prime in good time for Christmas - quotring 6-10 working days for delivery to NZ. 14 days later the on-line tracking system shows it is in New York postal centre. No indication that the watch would be shipped from US or would not have bought. Clearly it will not arrive in time for Xmas. Misleading shipping information

numerous arguments over the watch I decided I just wanted my money back and wouldn't worry about the watch as it was for my boyfriends birthday which had now passed because of all their stuffing about.

It took weeks to get my refund and when I eventually did I get an email stating that they have now sent me the correct watch and want payment even after i said to just forget it and they make it out like they are looking after their customers.. Do not shop at prime watch store!!!! The worst shop possible, you're better off spending your money elsewhere!

Still waiting! – I ordered 3 watches using scoopons along with additional buy-ins. I had planned to give one as a Christmas gift.
