had both sides engraved - the side with our daughter's name looks great but the side where we added more text is very tiny and quite tricky to read. If I'd known it would come out so small, I probably would have saved myself $15 and only engraved one side. Hot tip: if engraving text, keep it simple and short to get the most effective look.

I received my order on 22 September. At the time, I was recovering from surgery and didn’t actually try the item on until 25 September. When I did, I found that the item was made extremely small and unfortunately didn’t fit.

I contacted White Fox straight away to explain the situation. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth communication that caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress over something that could have been resolved so easily.

Most importantly, I was initially given information by White Fox confirming that I could proceed with the return, and I was provided with a return portal to do so. I relied on that information and followed the process I was given.

Afterwards, I was told that the item was actually considered final sale and that the return could not be accepted. I explained that I had contacted them promptly, had relied on the original advice from their customer service team, and had even been given the return portal. Despite this, after going back and forth with them, they ultimately refused to honour what I had originally been told.

My last email to them was on 8 October, and unfortunately the response was still that there was nothing they were willing to do.

For me, this was never about the small amount of money involved. It was about the principle and the way a loyal customer was treated. The sizing issue was something that could have been resolved very easily, particularly given that I contacted them promptly and was initially told the return could go ahead.

Instead, I experienced inconsistent information, weeks of back-and-forth communication and customer service that left me feeling extremely frustrated and stressed.

I had previously left White Fox a very positive review, but after this experience I feel I need to be honest about what happened. I am extremely disappointed because this situation could have been handled so differently.

After being a loyal customer, I will unfortunately no longer be choosing White Fox, and I would advise other customers to think carefully about purchasing from the company and to be aware of how difficult things can become when there is an issue with an order.

Fenix 8 and my old Fenix 5 strap was still going after many years. As soon as I replaced the strap from Garmin (on my Fenix 8) with a new one from OzStraps it felt way better, the Garmin one chaffed and was a bit stiff, the new one was so superior.

One word of caution i made a mistake and did not realise that the strap I bought had a quick attachment, I mistakenly thought I had to get special tools or go to a jeweller to replace the strap, I emailed customer service and they pointed out how to do it and in all honesty it took me less than 30 seconds to change the band without any tools whatsoever, so 100% 5 stars and would buy again. Maybe buy a couple of different colours and change the bands for different reasons.
