had both sides engraved - the side with our daughter's name looks great but the side where we added more text is very tiny and quite tricky to read. If I'd known it would come out so small, I probably would have saved myself $15 and only engraved one side. Hot tip: if engraving text, keep it simple and short to get the most effective look.

After losing a significant amount of weight, my ring is now too large to wear safely. When I contacted Michael Hill, I was told they cannot resize it further and was essentially advised to either try an independent jeweller or purchase a new engagement ring.

I understand that a ring cannot be modified if it risks damaging the setting, but what is disappointing is that such a significant limitation was never explained at the time of purchase. Rather than offering a meaningful solution, the response has essentially been to spend more money.When we went in store for the care plan check up we were told to see an independent jeweller and void all warranties and the care plan or wear the ring on another finger and buy a new one.

After this experience, we will be purchasing our wedding bands and any future engagement ring elsewhere. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel that customer care comes second to another sale.

indication anything was wrong before I wore it, so of course the tags had already been removed by the time the fault became apparent.

I contacted White Fox expecting a straightforward refund for a clearly faulty product, only to be told that because the tags had been removed, it was supposedly no longer eligible for a refund under their returns policy. They offered a replacement as a “gesture of goodwill”.

This is not a change-of-mind return. The item failed during normal use on the very first occasion it was worn. Their response also appears inconsistent with Australian Consumer Law, as a retailer’s own returns policy cannot remove a consumer’s rights when a product is faulty.

I’ve also previously purchased jumpers from White Fox and have been really disappointed with the fabric quality. They don’t wash well and several of mine have ended up with strange marks through the fabric that simply won’t come out, despite trying multiple different stain removers.

Between the poor quality of the clothing and the way this faulty item has been handled, I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be purchasing again.

shipped, and I had to discover the issue myself and contact ATOLEA. My second order arrived with multiple quality concerns and did not look as advertised. After repeatedly requesting escalation, [Name Removed] from management finally contacted me and offered a resolution.

I responded asking for clarification and have now been waiting THREE DAYS with no response, despite multiple follow-ups.

This has been going on for weeks. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company just to get a response and resolve an order issue. I tried extensively to handle this privately, but the lack of communication from customer service and management is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ATOLEA.

my belly piercing done here, and the staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful.

Unfortunately, I had a very different experience yesterday when I went in to have my helix downsized. I had two helix piercings directly above one another, the bottom one was only one week old and still very fresh and painful, while the top one had been pierced eight weeks ago and was the one that needed downsizing.

I specifically explained multiple times that the bottom piercing was the fresh one and the top one was the one that needed changing. During the process I luckily checked my phone camera and realised the staff member had removed the wrong piercing (my one-week old fresh helix.)

It was extremely painful, and although she reassured me that it was “okay” and “fine”, I personally was not fine with it. Helix piercings are already known for being difficult to heal, and I’m now concerned that removing the jewellery from such a fresh piercing may disrupt the healing process.

The piercing I actually went in to downsize also wasn’t properly downsized, only the front was changed, the actaul pole of the earring was not touched. There were several mistakes throughout the appointment, and the whole process took quite a long time for a simple task.

I’m not someone who normally writes negative reviews, but I felt this was important feedback. Although the staff member in this situation was lovely, I do feel newer staff members should have appropriate supervision and support while learning.

Other than this experience, every other visit to Skin Kandy has been fantastic. Cheers to the rest of the team I’ve always loved coming here and hope this was just an isolated experience.
