Husband has dietary intolerances and finds the Plant Alone vegan protein is no problem to digest. He loves the flavours, especially the banana and salted caramel. His recovery is definitely heaps better and he reckons he has increased energy. He loves that it's so satiating. All dissolves no problem in almond milk.

I really appreciate the detail of nutritional and usage information on the website, especially the research and references.

Aramex/fastway couriers are always going to have delays and issues for customers.

Their shipping policy is essentially saying you as the customer need to deal with it and work it out with the courier yourself. That's not okay when you know many of your parcels will be affected by issues with the courier.

Promoting same-day dispatch on the website is implying some kind of fast shipping experience which is misleading given the likeliness of shipping delays with the courier they are using.

Some reviews complain about the $12 shipping price which I have no problem with. It's not fair to compare shipping prices between companies, they could always lower the shipping price and increase the product price so just consider the overall price including delivery when comparing.

I chose to pay a little extra to buy from professionalwhey, largely due to their details of product info like sourcing which other sites don't disclose. I have bought from them several times over the years but I will no longer use them because of the shipping issues.

they do not deliver internationally. Recently my partner was diagnosed with metastatic cancer and we are following natural cancer treatments. Whey protein is a major factor in the treatment, but we cannot afford US or UK prices for this product which must be consumed at the rate of 1kg per month ( factoring in the huge cost of all the other cancer treatments!) It is impossible to ship any kind of supplement into Vietnam without major hassle and expense, so we depend on couriers from other countries and on our own travel. Recently my Australian courier stopped visiting Vietnam so I can no longer buy these fantastic products.Please please start delivering outside Australia and give other people a chance to experience this fabulous product at such value for money prices! 1. Email after email response from the company would be “we have sold x amount of protein, we use the highest quality ingredients etc” or “you may be storing it incorrectly”. All I wanted was an acknowledgment that they would look into it, not some militant aggressive reply.

The chocolate flavour is quite mild, perhaps because I had to water it down to make it drinkable. Overall, this product just didn’t work for me, and I won’t be repurchasing. I’ll be returning to my previous brand instead.

It’s disappointing to see only five-star reviews listed — it makes me wonder if other less favourable reviews aren’t being published. I can’t imagine I’m the only one who found it this way.

reviews). I don't understand why they are still using Aramex. When contacting Professional Whey to help with resolving the issue I found their customer support somewhat careless. However they did resolve the issue. Unfortunately the drama around the delivery was too much this time and will be looking elsewhere. (Updated - Since this review, the owner of Professional Whey made contact to apologise and also discuss ways to avoid the delivery issues experienced in the future. I valued the take taken to make contact and therefore have amended my start rating from 2 to 4 stars).

My gist of eperience – Positive suprised. I ordered about 2 months ago for the first time. I was at first a bit sceptical with the smell off the chocolate-mint WPC, but taste and dissolubility was very good. I think pricing is fair as other bigger brands are more expensive and often try to hide or not clearly tell where it's made or the ingredients are coming from. I will buy at PW again

Great products – Have been ordering from Professional Whey for over 8 years and done over 20 orders in that time of various sizes and tried many products.
