um, well, do you have the powder shakes yeah? you can take it two ways, both are a shake...but you can mix it with either 200mls of milk and one scoop of powder for a meal replacement sized shake. Or, if you just want to have a shake as a snack in between meals, you mix a scoop(yes, the same size as a meal) but with water instead of milk, and that is a snack size as it has less energy in it then mixing with milk.
Does that help?
also, you have up to three shakes a day, so you may want to do a meal sized shake for breakfast lunch and dinner, and then eat real snacks in between those...Or you could eat a real food breakfast, have a snake shake with water for morning tea, eat a real food lunch, have a snack shake for arvo tea, and then have a meal shake(with milk) for dinner. You can choose whichever way suits you best, but don't swap more then three meals or snacks a day for a shake.
hope this has helped! :)
