Disappointed – My first hair straightener. I have straight hair with slight waves in it. Only works ok if I blow dry my hair first and then straighten it. It takes forever to straighten my hair and does not take away the natural flicks the ends of my hair create. I am now in search of a GHD but really just want to buy the right one

OK – If you have very curly, thick or frizzy hair, I would look at a better model, it is ok, but a lot more work has to go into getting the same result as others in half the time! I ended up using it on my fringe only. not the best

Good – not too bad for what it is, cheap, not as good as GHD but overall not a bad product, and will be good as a travel straightener Cheap - $27; light weight, swivel cord, heats up to 210 degrees, 2 year warranty not as good as ghd, doesnt give as smooth a look as the ghd

Excellent – Remington has such good products, this straightener was not only affordable and easy to find it heats up quickly. Its lightweight and packs away easily. A great product. Cheap, quickly heats up and does a great job.

Good – over all this is a really good straitner if you only have straight or wavy hair. it tames fly aways and keeps you hair looking straight... obviously! it doesnt take a long time to heat up which is good if you just want to flick it on and make it smooth before going out. but i would not recomend it if your hair is curly or you want to use it to curl your straight hair. - really cheaps and affordable

- works well with thick and 'wavy' hair

- doesnt damage hair as much as other brands

- easy to use

- good temprature for the price

- heats up quickly - doesnt curl hair as good as some other brands

- cant be used when hair is wet
