Won't to use this again – It works very fine for a couple of months. I have no issue for the product, but After we used it for more than a year the teflon surface begins to exfoliate. The quality of the teflon surface is not good. I used Kambrok for 2.5 years before, but this is worse. I don't want to buy rice cooker from Sunbeam anymore. It is so scary for me. No issue for the heat and the controller. Everything are perfect. The quality of the teflon surface is not good

The warranty is already expired and I do not keen to claim anything. I just share the true of my experience with this product. For me, this product is good but the surface of the pan really need to be improved to make this product better.

Does the job quickly and easy – This rice cooker is really easy to use, comes with an instruction booklet, cup to measure the rice and water and a spoon for mixing, As easy as putting the rice and water in, pushing down the button and waiting until it's ready. The rice comes out well cooked, not gluggy or sticky. Easy to clean with non-stick removable bowl. easy to use, easy to clean

Pretty good for a cheapy : ) – Ok so this is our second rice cooker both have been Sunbeam cheapys. We only replaced the first one because my Mum used a metal spoon in the bottom of it and scratched the surface up. I originally bought the first rice cooker home and my husband dismissed it as a useless gadget - that was probably 5 years ago and he has been going on about how awesome they are ever since...

We were considering upgrading to one of the fancy models but when it came down to it we were happy with the original cheapy and decided to replace it with this one. We haven't been dissappointed. We are happy with the cooking results and cooking times, the only downfalls are the new model doesn't have rubber on the bottom of the little feet and when you buy a cheap appliance they aren't going to be quite as good a build as the more expensive ones (that being said I have owned a number of expensive appliances that have had problems) Price, Cooking Results, Cooking Times Not a particularly sturdy build, would be good if it had rubber on the bottom of the feet
