Poorest customer service ever! – After not even 12 months the inaide started blistering. Took it to service center in Woy Woy and after more than 4 weeks I am still waiting for a replacement! Called 4 times Customer sevice at Samsung - was fobbed off, lied to and basically told to wait. Will never buy another Samsung product again! inexpensive and small poor customer service

Excellent microwave - very strong - boils my milk in 40seconds – I have no problems with this microwave at all. It cleans easily and has a lot of power. It doesn't beep annoyingly (just once) and has all functions I need to cook / heat food and drinks. Perfect for my 3-person household. Possibly a bit small for larger families? Powerful

Bad – I purchased this microwave because I just wanted one that was pretty simple and smallish. I am happy with it in that regard. Nevertheless, it does feel like it is built quite cheaply (suppose I cannot complain as it was cheap to buy). There is also the problem where the door is sticky and won't open like it is meant to. Small and simple - which is what I wanted. My door is quite sticky and often doesn't open; need to hold "door open" button for up to five seconds or need to pull door open whilst push button. Pretty dodgy.
