only had it for 2 months product over heated cooking potatoes for 10 mins LCD Screen turned off – only had it for 2 months over heated cooking potatoes for 10 mins door locked and Lcd screen went black ...worse microwave made bad company to deal with when it comes to returns also the service centre at granville are no help promise you the replacemnet 8 weeks ago now really angry going to take it to department of fair tadeing i have a small child and i need it to heat up food ...but samsung as a company has let me down badly..
