Terrible – Excellent machine if you only want it for 2.5 years The reviews for Asko have put me off. May go for Bosch Worked well for just over 2 years. We had extended warranty for 5yrs, thank goodness!!!! Was swapped for same model after LOUD banging noises on spin (seems to be a problem on the 1000 models as well). Could not be repaired. Thought it was a one off problem so swapped with same model. Lasted 2.5 years and same problem. Samsung denies there is any other people with this problem. Yeah right!

I have had the same problem with my J1043 Samsung. The first repair happened after about 1 year of use. The repairman said he often had this type of repair on these machines. After $240 of repairs we had to have it fixed again about every 6 months. After 4 years it has to be replaced. I'm searching for a new model and I know it won't be a Samsung.
