Worthless expensive junk – This fridge looks amazing and has the room too. Great compartments and stylish. The glass compartments do not come out so if you spill something in the fridge you are stuck with disgusting marks that you can not remove, this make it unhygienic. even though they know there is a fault with the fridge. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from high end products. Will be going LG for future reference. LG have great customer service. Samsung are rude, disrespectful people that sell dodgy products at expensive prices. Please be mindful people that under the 2011 consumer and business law you do not need to take out extended warranty on products anymore. There is a thing called reasonable life of a product and I got my fridge fixed by samsung at the 6 year mark for free because of this law 6 years is not a reasonable life of a fridge. Call the ombudsman for consumer and business affairs for more help. As they should not be allowed to do this to people.

Bad fridge – This fridge has cause us but nothing in trouble first the board went with power problem and them on two occasions the middle fridge has frozen food and the top fridge has not worked. Now after all those things are fixed the fridge now make a very loud noise that we can't sleep in peace. We have have nothing but trouble from this fridge when paying over 3000 dollars for it.  Show details

Cant fault it – We Have had our Samsung SRF731GDLS for 4 years now and everything just stays fresher than any other fridge we have ever had - highly recommended - the cold zones are great for different products like dairy and sliced meats and the drawers make it so easy to access . Great fridge

Love the style But! – I have owned this refrigerator for 3 years was perfect. Best layout against all others, very easy to clean, plenty of room in the freezer compartment. But then after about 8 months it just stopped working, it was still under warranty was fixed quickly, was a main board that had failed, worked for another 1 year or more then again it stopped… Read more

working, lucky I had extended warranty...I was going to replace with another brand but none compared to the Samsung...But was in luck it started working again...so I did not replace it..BECAUSE I LOVE IT...I have researched and seen that this is a problem with this model. Sooo Samsung I hope you have fixed this problem. I do worry when I go away that I will come home to a defrosted refrigerator. So only a 3 star rating, sorry Samsung....Could have been a 5 star

Worst Customer Service - Samsung – Bought a new Samsung fridge from Harvey Norman. In 1 month the mother board blew off, In 1.5 Years the compressor went faulty. Customers" , which could be better described as "Agony of Customers" finally spoke to Samsung representative who was not at all helpful and rude as hell. Samsung keeps promising that Case managers will call back to give updates on progress but unless you call and shout for information and progress nothing happens. After this experience the family would not be purchasing any more Samsung products. Worst Customer service that I have experience so far. Mentioned this to sales rep from a prominent electrical store and he mentioned that Samsung does not care about after sales service which is very true as all they care is huge displays in stores to con customers, however LG on the other hand is very much focussed on after sales service. Hence my advice to anyone looking for Samsung Fridge, Stay away from Samsung or you will be trapped in the same Samsung. Good design of Fridge Very Poor after sales customer service, Very Poor product quality

Layout is fantastic. Ice maker superb – Took just two weeks to get used to . Lighting is perfect, everything stays crisp, Just love it. Ice maker excellent. Fantastic section for dairy and cold meats. Our old freezer just about had to be emptied out to find things, but now all we do is pull out the draw and it's all there at you finger tips. Love it! Looks great - works great – I've found Samsung quite good to deal with. This fridge has replaced our old GE side-by-side fridge, and the new layout just trumps the old side-by-side layout hands down. It doesn't take long to get used to and it seems to fit so much more in the fridge for what is effectively the same capacity. It just demonstrates that the design of a french… Read more ·  4

door is so much more versatile than a side-by-side.

I really do love this fridge. There is only some minor things that take some getting used to, but I'm overall very happy with it. Good layout, reaches temperature very quickly, lighting is excellent. space within the freezer is excellent. First Fridge HN delivered was faulty (didn't switch on), but it was replaced the second day and this one is sweet. The fridge does have a bass type drone to it when it is on full power, which I'm still getting used to. I would like it if the LCD panel displayed the temperature of the fridge all the time rather than having to push the button to see the temperature.
