Samsung WF0854W8E1/XSA problem – We bought this brand new Samsung washing machine in Jan 2012. In Feb 2013, it started to make funny noise and in March 2013 the noise start to get louder and water start to leak. Samsung technician came to have a look and found that the drum baring needed to be replaced and he was surprised that the baring is broken in just over a year. To have this problem fixed, he will have to order parts and rearrange to come back to do the repair and it will take approximately about a week. We will have to use coin operated washing machine outside our place at night for 2 weeks (1 week while we waiting for the technician to come and hopefully another week before he fixes it). We cannot see that the baring of $1,000 washing machine is broken in just over a year and it is going to take 1 week to fix this problem. Samsung should be able to rectify the problem quicker (e.g. have parts stored locally... etc.) or temporary organize us a loan washing machine. Good specification. Brisbane Repair Center and technician are helpful. Unreliable product, bad after sale services, hopeless customer services center outside Australia.

Best Washing Machine I ever owned – have 4 children do 2-3 washes every day, well worth the money. have tried many other brands but not to the same satisfaction. WF0854W8E1 – I have never bought a product worth me writting a review about untill now. ii purchased this washing machine after my highly recomended by rubbish Bosch washing machine broke after 4 years. The Samsung is the best washing machine. it has lots of options to suit everything and it can all be customised to suit yourself. The door opening is huge so you can put a whole load in at once, it is the most quiet washing machine i have ever heard, even while on full spin, standing beside it you do not have to raise your voice. bu the best thing for me was that it did not contstantly beep for half hour when finished. it has as added option to silence the buttons and also a chihld lock. It has everything. And it looks really good. Everything....very energy efficient, clothes come out very dry but not crinkled.
