Don't even bother buying from here. Not a legit business – I assumed that because Sense was an Aussie business it'd be easier to deal with, cheaper and faster shipping. complaints and so now it's going to take another month for my parcel to arrive. I replied to [name removed]'s email saying this wasn't good enough and absolute silence from her end. Very unprofessional. Meanwhile they're still sending me email promotions to buy their products but can't even bother responding to me! THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced by far. I went ahead and ordered the exact same product from the US and it only took 10 business days to arrive... meanwhile I'm actually still waiting for my product from Senseonline and my only regret is that I didn't read these reviews first. It's much quicker to just buy overseas than go through these incompetent people.

order exceeds the 14 working days, they ask you to contact them so they can follow this up for you I contacted senseonline within business hours and was pleased with my questions being answered. One thing that stood out to me, was senseonline will offer to upgrade a order to "express" if a manufacturer delays shipping the item to their USA warehouse, impressive!!! They value their customers and this refreshing. I received an email due to one item being on back order and received a refund immediately.

Great service, am now a big fan and will remain a loyal customer.

I definitely recommend senseonline, seriously, I have read the negative comments and these people who are writing bad reviews obviously have not purchased with them!!! Great desigener Brands, Products, free shipping, great customer service.

shipping restrictions but now I have my products delivered to me in under 14 days and i am so happy!!! Whether or not a product was in stock I have always receive a refund, i do believe they ship all over the world - "site is updated with the current stock position every hour, consequently we occasionally sell out during the hour before the update and hence are out of stock of your product(s)" any person would clearly understand this!! i know i do!! Note that - banks and paypal take 3-6 working days to actually release the credit, senseonline do refund so how about you complain to your banks or paypal..

My experiences shopping with senseonline has always been exceptional, I am a great supporter of senseonline. so many brands in one place, all my favorites ;)

Finally, A product that does what it says – I started using the M2 products about 1 month ago and have been purchasing this product via Senseonline. I struggle with adult acne and have used prescription strength meds. Nothing worked well. Since I have been using M2 cleanser, Refinish 20% and the moisturizer, I can finally see a difference! My pores are much smaller and my acne is clearing up. My skin feels smooth and brighter. I highly recommend trying this product!!

fraudulently charged against requiring us to cancel her credit card.

To date, there has been no effect from this business to eith provide the products ordered nor provide a refund.

$182 spent on nothing.

Given the number of complaint, I will be setting up a class action via VCAT to have this business made insolvent and unable to trade unless I recevie the refund within 10 business days.

Terrible. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM – Placed an order Jan 3rd 2021 (invoice number DGF525). Did not receive a dispatched/shipping email. Did not receive the products. Sent a message via their website without response. Called between 11am and 3pm 10 times and no answer. Looking at all the other reviews, this happened to 99% of customers. No communication – Ordered and paid for a Shiseido cream on Wed 12 July. No response until i emailed them on Mon 24 July where they said they will check the couriers. Received my EXPECTED response back 48hrs later on Wed 26 July. No more stock! Honestly, they could've found this out within the first few business days. What a waste of time. Website doesn't seem to be up to date. Obviously they order from overseas. Very unhappy.

products arrived within the specified time. I did contact the seller once re dispatch notice and was emailed back the same day with a response.

The physical address is a rental place in a posh Melb. suburb but the item was sent from elsewhere in AUS without tracking ID. Whilst I am glad I got my products for a good price, independent of the reviews here I do not trust this seller and would not shop there again.

NOT an Austrailan business. Just a re-seller – You are not supporting an Australian business when you use this site. It's just a re-seller that buys your item from places like Amazon and then sends them on to you. This is why the orders are taking so long. DO NOT USE!!!!

it I received a computer generated notification that my order had been dispatched (indicating they had forgotten my order entirely - I find it very hard to believe that my order just happened to be dispatched on the day that I happened to ask them where it was), however it contained no tracking details. Then today - the 29th of March - l receive an email saying "Dear Eliza, your parcel is with Australia Post here is your Tracking [] Sorry for the inconvenience". I don't mind that they forgot about my order and then forgot to give me my tracking number - I understand that things happen - however I do mind that the email sent to apologise to me was so lazily and poorly written. It wasn't even punctuated properly! I will be finding an alternative retailer of Arcona from this point on.
