SCAM fashion liquidator – I see I am one of many who have been taken for a ride by this company - complete and outright lack of ethics. Don't buy from this site. They are set up to hook consumers in with discounts; take your money with no intention of honouring your purchase. They deflected initially and then completely ignoring my countless attempts to contact them. WORST types of humans run this company.

email just asking whether I should be expecting delays like every one else seemed to have experienced (longer than the 10-15 days they say items will take during sale periods on their website). I received a reply quite quickly (I think trying to be as polite as I could in the email perhaps attributed to their punctual reply). I had waited exactly 15 days for my order and was starting to get a little nervous I would be facing the same situation as others in terms of either having lengthy delays or not even receiving my at all, however that day I received my tracking code and the next morning it was delivered to my house with no problems at all. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones but I had no trouble at all with my order, although I feel pretty terrible for what seems like a large amount of people who have had so much trouble with this company. Again though I'd have to say my experience with them was completely fine, I know it wouldn't work for everyone and as customers we shouldn't even have to sweet talk the company in order to receive our orders, but in this situation I think I'd just have to suggest trying to be an non-aggressive and angry in emails when trying to contact them, because I believe trying to be as nice as possible is what got me my reply!

BE WARNED!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM "The Fashion Liquidator" SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! – I placed an order for 3 garments at the end of May in time for my honeymoon in mid June. 2 weeks passed and no garments. 2 Arrive in July and I am still waiting for the third and we are now in September. I must be one of the lucky ones to have actually received my items, but still got scammed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The items online are not longer available as they actually sold out when Shakuhachi were still operating.

The Fashion Liquidator – Purchased 2 items online. I am still waiting for 1 item. I purchased through The Fashion Liquidator and paid via visa debit card. They do not respond effectively to my emails. I have complained to ACCC. According to ASIC, The fashion Liquidator is a registered business by [name removed] at 95 Glenayr Ave, Bondi Beach. If anyone is in the Bondi area go pay him a visit for me!

Dress never received! Been waiting 8 months, no communication! – Total rip off! I ordered a dress 8 months ago and of course it never turned up, when I first contacted them after about a month was told they were out of stock of dress I ordered and that I would receive a refund...Of course that never came! Charged but never delivered – Should have been aware of Shaukuhachi's problems when I ordered in early August 17, but unfortunately I wasn't and have lost $140 since the items never arrived and all communication has been shut down - no email, no Facebook, no website. All vanished. Shocking.

The big fat liar! – I ordered for $500!!! All the stores were gone. They should have the legal representative person, all customers have not received the sale items we need be together and prosecute this company!!!

Have not had any contact from shakuhachi since i placed an order over a month ago – I placed an order over a month ago and have emailed on numerous occasions to inquire about my order and no reply.
