They took my money and never sent my order – They took my money and I never received my order. I usually check websites to see if they are legitimate or not . For some reason I didn’t check this one . Big mistake!! I would advise to never shop with this website . They are scammers !!

Fast Delivery – So the deal on from a bargain site, offering a smart plug for just $10. Placed order immediately to make sure I won't miss the deal. It arrived next day. How amazing, for sure will come back and hurt for bargain deal.

Very slow delivery – How could it take over 3 weeks for a delivery within Australia? It was not worth the wait for just a touch cheaper than other shop. Customer service was fine otherwise it would be one star.

Great Product, Great price – Ordered 2 pieces of Samsung 128gb during promotion. And its arrived in 2 days. That is amazing speedy service. Memory card are genunie as described. Highly recommanded.

Bargain on memory card – I found the deal of Samsung EVO plus micro sd card at $23.95 delivered from ozbargain. The card arrived in a week after purchase. It is genuine card and almost half price of retail store price. recommended

They took my money and NEVER sent my order – These guys are so dodgy and unreliable! I orderred on their website and fully paid, but never received my order! They just took my money and ran off! Their whole website is just a big SCAM. Stay away from it. Next time I would buy from ebay or Amazon as you are protected there against fraud!

Beware if you have a warranty claim – Faulty products are left with shipping costs on the purchaser.. Unsubscribe from the promotional specials. You are better off on eBay..

could be true, but couldn't find any retailer selling goods anywhere near the RRP quoted -Item may be on-sale or include a bonus, if you don't order from the sale\bonus page then you won't get the sale price. ie: search returns two identical items with the same model, nearly ordered the item without the discount.

Slower dispatch then Kogan and they're super slow – Ordered a cable on the 28th and still waiting two weeks later, I thought Kogan was bad these guys just took first place. Back to Amazon Handling Time: 5 - 16 Working Days I suspect these guys just dropship from China..

Poor Customer Service – Bought an SD card which turned out to be faulty, after getting a return authorization I had to send it back at my cost and then it took over 6 weeks before they acknowledged that they had received it and that it was faulty.

dont trust these guys – went through to paypal checkout, got returned to the their site, shopping cart was empty but they still took my money. No response from their support and preauth not removed.

was invited to download WeChat. Eventually, Shoppingsquare gave me a fault code and postage instructions so I sent it back. They are claiming it never arrived- it has not been returned to my return address. It is pretty clear that it will never 'arrive'. Now I have nothing but a sour taste in my mouth. DODGY, BEWARE!!

The MicroSd High Endurance 256Gb card has failed to work in my 4k camera. The card is very slow and the camera says to replace the card as it may be damaged. More like it is either counterfeit or defective.

I guess I'm better off buying local. Never mind the back and forth time wasting. I don't have the time to waste on such matters.

Took ages to ship out item – I ordered some SD Cards from here because they were cheap and it took a full 2.5 weeks to even dispatch the item after I paid. It's now been over a month since I paid for it and I still have yet to receive the item. Avoid this place.

basic details should be considered suspicious. I am now trying to get the items returned at their cost but discovering it is a lengthy process and they try everything to avoid responsibility. I would definitely not deal with this company no matter how competitive their pricing appears

Smells like a scam – Suddenly i started receiving emails from shoppingsquare.com.au i did not sign up for any of thier spam. I tried unsubscribing and still they send me their emails. One more email and i report you to the Do Not Call register.

Confusing Accounting process – I purchased about six items from Shopping Square and when I checked on the progress of the order I found that I had two items dispatched and the rest of the order had been 'reversed' to my bank. listed the cancelled items they had as being available. With that, and the fact the items being provided were worth less than the cost of the postage I had paid, I wasn't very happy. After contacting Shopping Square it turns out that a 'reversed' order that appears to refund money into your account (they actually state the name of the account, and also seemed to reference a BPay transaction, even if you didn't use BPay) is just part of their order 'splitting' process. My items were coming from three different warehouses so there were multiple splits/reverses and BPay payments to make sure all the different vendors got paid. So, ignore orders that appear to be cancelled by 'reversing' actions in your account and have a look at your own banking transaction account to see if your order was actually refunded before you worry about cancelled orders.

Terrible company. Dodgy – Packed and name ssd in a bloody envelope. When I opened the package there was obvious damage. Sent photos and all but they want me to return it. Nonsense

they still did not post the item out for 2 weeks – items were order at 5th march, no update so far as 18th Mar. Open few cases, no update. have to claim back through credit card company. avoiding this company at all

Absolutely Trash – I ordered and paid on the 29th of Feb 2020, there is still no update or tracking number as of 10th March 2020. This was for an Australian stock. order # 62625885 This is ridiculous.

Shonky Shonky Shonky – Expensive item ordered. It never turned up. EBAY and PAYPAL were no help as a tracking number was provided that was false. Don't risk it with this fraudulent company as you will lose your money.

Scam that is reflected in their eBay feedback – This company is a joke that understands the art of lip-service and nothing else. My guess is they are drop-shippers because they are not sending from Australia as claimed. Tracking numbers that don't do anything are a pretty good indicator of that. 16 days and still waiting for something the size of your thumbnail.
