will take a week for the money to get back to my account, so i cant make use of Cyber monday sales either and my whole build is now on hold. They realised they had sold the card too cheaply and just cancelled the order so they can resale it at a biggger profit. Just checked on their site and the exact same card is on sale for $30 more, even though their email to me states:

"We tried to order more from our supplier, however, this model is not available due to shortage from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we had to cancel and refund this purchase for the time being."

There are so many better shops that will honour their deals and look after their customers - this is not one of them!

I have tried calling the number on their webpage about 3 or 4 times and every single time it goes to voicemail without ringing once. Their live chat box if it even pops up disappears without warning while I'm in the queue. I've sent an email 24hrs ago and it has not been responded to. At this stage I'm not even sure there is anyone employed by the company for customer service. At this point I'm just hoping I can get a refund on my purchase and never have to order anything from them again. The only positives I have to say about the company are their prices are competitive and delivery was fast. But it seems you're up the creek if you get a faulty product.

Fastest and Cheapest (Almost) supplier during COVID – I constantly need random computer parts for my gaming business. Biggest issue these days speed of delivery. Skycomp on the other hand are the only ones who have shipped on the same day/next day for all 11 orders I have made with them in the past 2 months. As long as their website says in stock, they deliver with speed!

CONS: Although their parts prices are also 5% to 15% cheaper than the rest even during COVID, their delivery price however is unusually expensive. The more you bundle the order the far greater the delivery cost. From what I have figured, parts can be located in different warehouses so they have to be dispatched individually as I do get multiple consignment numbers for a single order of parts. I would have dropped a star for this but if this is required for fastest delivery then I don't want to complain. Still, they could re-assess their delivery fee costs.

Things not yet tested: I have not had to return any parts for warranty purposes or cancellations. So I don't know how the experience will be.

Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond! – I ordered the aorus z390 mini itx motherboard from their website for a price that was less than half of their competitors. case which they did, while being really understanding and nice. That was just basic, good customer service which made me feel good. What made it a lot better were the bonuses they threw in. I won't say what they were out of kindness because I don't want them to have to deal with people asking for those bonuses lol. I will say that the multiple bonuses I received were amazing and not just small cheap stuff that was added in the delivery. Just to clarify, the bonuses weren't items or products I was given for free. This was way friendlier customer service than I expected and I will 100% order from skycomp again, for their cheap prices and their amazing customer service.

This is reasonable and fair treatment of a defect for a business/enterprise product, and I commend Skycomp for providing excellent customer service that matches.

Not so fast delivery and poor packaging – I ordered a 10TB Hard drive from Sky Comp (based on the fast delivery reviews). I added the note "Please wrap very well please", I ordered on Wednesday and it turned on on the following Monday even though I paid $68.30 delivery. It was delivered in the smallest box possible with zero bubble wrap of padding. Support was indifferent and incorrect when I chased up the order. Good service overall – I bought a motorola moto phone with them and since it was defected I had to return it. They were very responsive and quick to provide a refund, however didn't reimburse me for shipping costs.

Great Service Fast Dispatch – Had an online chat to double check if a certain laptop was in stock, they confirmed and told me their stock levels, Very happy to find an honest computer retailer, please give them business. I have had bad experiences with outer retailers saying they have stock when they don't. Skycomp also shipped same day and super quick, very happy & will use them more often.

Initially had some issues, but they have now been resolved – Recently wrote a review where there was some issues which arose with receiving a damaged item and initially was not able to resolve it to satisfaction. Skycomp better than all the others (im pointing at you scorptec, pccg, centrecom) – I just dont know how they do it. They have the best prices compared to ANYWHERE else in Australia and they do express shipping. Being very concerned I sent a message (with pictures attached) to the RMA team through their decent web site and they were very helpful and responsive. They did their very best to rectify this problem. Even though I ended up returning this item, my interactions with them during COVID proved that I can get a better deal and service (in another state) than the well known local shops in my area in Victoria. Won’t refund full price – I purchased a cpu cooler that wouldn’t fit in my case so requested an exchange. Skycomp said they will charge 30% of the retail price I paid as a restocking fee which is a whopping $70... just to restock a product?? No Communication at all – I tried to ask about a laptop eta and my email was ignored, when i asked about the laptop in the live chat on the website, my chat was closed off without explination and I am unable to re-access the chat window at all. I understand that due to COVID at the moment, eta's may be all over place or they may not have one at all, however, simply saying that to me rather than ignoring me or closing the chat window off would have 100x better.

same. I received my two seperate shipments from Skycomp within 3 days which was great. The competitor only sent out my items 3 days ago, almost 2 weeks later and I still haven't received them.

I would definitely recommend Skycomp for the price and the express processing. Their prices are often the best or close to the best also.
