life. I wouldn't be able to contact friends all over the world. That aspect of staying connected while still being able to enjoy the benefits of an off-grid lifestyle is very important to me and Skymesh delivers. I can't thank the team enough.

Definitely satisfied – Solid service. Consistent in speeds and connection. From the get go it was a fast seamless process for setup and install. Billing is simple and easy. The only thing I could say against them say the first person in the customer centre I spoke with seemed very rushed and just trying to get off the phone. Very happy – We live in a rural area and because of the topography neither fixed wireless or cable NBN will ever reach us. We had telstra ADSL2 that was dreadful and cost a fortune. living where we do. COVID meant so much of work was changing to online with Microsoft Teams etc which forced my hand to make a change. We found Skymesh’s ads on Facebook and admittedly with some trepidation rolled the dice and have never looked back. Installer was punctual, professional and thankfully worked neatly. We can now stream and video conference with minimal to no disruption. We finally ditched our expensive Austar subscription after all these years and go with streaming services. We feel like we’ve finally joined the 21st century. Oh and as we have ok 3g we ditched the landline as well, saving more money. We’ve been with Skymesh for about 12 months. We’ve increased our data plan as now that we can stream we are increasingly doing so. Speeds are good (see screen shot of speed test I did while writing this review)Best guess we’ve had less than 5 drop outs in that time but they’ve been due to NBN itself rather than skymesh. Whenever I’ve had to use the skymesh phone enquires they’ve been punctual helpful and intelligible. My only complaint would be to wish we could have unlimited data plans like our friends in town but I understand this isn’t up to skymesh its NBNs purview.

Like a good long term spouse – Having been hooked up with Skymesh at my current location since January 2008, with only a brief, 9 month, separation due to business commitments out of the country, the only time I had any concerns was when a tropical cyclone was thrown our way. 3mps download. 200kbps upload on a good day – support is good customer service no complaints but as for speeds and connectivity, I NEVER have HAD 25/5mps at any time, it's terrible we need satellite living on a farm and its extremely bad. go with starlink now that its more available. max 3mps download and 200kbps (yes kilobytes) upload speed and its 10pm 30th october 2024 frustrating. unlimited plan and it struggles to keep up with one laptop and a smart tv. Show details

idea who it was and their number came up as "Suspected Spam", so I didn't answer, they left a voicemail on the 3rd call, great, at least I know who it is, I'll call them back when I get up tomorrow. Nope. They rang again this morning, I've answered and, being honest, was very unfriendly with the lady on the phone, why? Because you've woken me up 2x days in a row. Unfortunately I can't put my phone on silent as I have to be available to my team. This pushy marketing needs to stop, at least change the front page so I can put in a comment to let you know I'm on nights and not to ring between certain hours. I got a text saying reply "STOP" to opt out, I did it, they still rang the next day. The constant calling is unnecessary and will lose you more customers then it will gain. Now I'm forced to take on Elon because these supposed Aussie Muppets can't stop calling, needless to say, I've blocked them.

Complete fraud and thief's of a company. Took out 2 payments of $284.80, at first completely denied the second transaction. Until I showed my bank statement. Now they are saying that it can take 10 days to return the money, I didn't give them permission or didn't have a direct debit setup for them to double up on payment. Complete scammers, plus it runs slow and disconnects. So cranky and financially screwed now. Show details

There's certainly no consistency in the speed testing results. I've tried 2 more recommended sites. 'Fast' had the Download speed at 2.6Mbps with the Unloaded Latency at 32ms whilst the Upload speed reached 13Mbps with a Loaded latency of 915ms.

'SpeedTest' was run 3 times with Download speeds of 17.39Mbps, 2.18Mbps & 8.81Mbps. The corresponding Latency for each was 30ms, 69ms & 50ms.

The problem looks to be dropouts caused by this erratic service. All I know is we can't stream a simple video on the lowest quality settings and that is FAR FROM THE SERVICE I WAS PROMISED BY [Name Removed] WHEN SHE SIGNED ME UP AND TOOK MY MONEY!

designed to be difficult. The upward creep of the service charges is deceptive in my opinion Down graded and then they charged for both services. Don’t do it . I Opted for Starlink now it is more affordable and reliable .

records, the company's records showed we hadn't been paying since July last year. Cue a set of demanding emailed invoiced for the "unpaid" invoices. The matter went to Skymesh's Disputes process, and seemed to then get nowhere. After three weeks of this I contacted the TIO, and today, a fortnight later, it seems we have resolution. Sincerely hope they've improved their accounting at Skymesh!

which I was able to access my Yahoo email and it seemed that the problem was solved. Unfortunately, after disconnecting with Sarah and returning my connection through my WiFi router the problem returned and I was again unable to use Yahoo or Bing.com. As I discovered the WiFi issue after closing time of the Help desk I will need to resolve the problem tomorrow. Clearly, Sarah was pushed for time and we both believed the problem was solved. I have no complaints about Sarah's service or competence which I found Excellent.

What is going on that my previous 2 calls were virtually ignored and there was no follow up and no solution provided for my problem. I think that 3 stars may be on the generous side for a rating.

cancellation didn't happen - so i was charged again, another 1.30hrs on the phone, no one knows why it wasn't cancelled - it was sheduled to do????????? This time - amazingly, they could cancel it immediately - so it doesn't take a month - WOW. Promised a refund on the unauthorized charge - told it may take 10 days - funny how when they are taking the money its instantaneous but refunding takes for ever??? Guess what - yep no refund - so again 1.3hrs on the phone and yep - do not know why - its was scheduled for refund - just like it was scheduled to be cancelled - still chasing - still dont have it - seriously use Starlink - better service - instant actions - instant results - plus massively faster.

automatically debit out of my card with no issue but never had a follow up about my poor speeds, I asked to cancel after being with them for 4 years but they won’t refund any unused months and say I have to give 30days notice which I think is poor customer service I won’t ever be back The customer service gave been very unhelpful and just think the problem would go away on its own, this internet provider has caused me so much stress I hope no one goes with them and go with another provider or just go starlink

He is very friendly, so I was happy to talk to him again! As I said, it was not an easy problem to fix, but... after checking this and that and being able to look closely at my computer... BINGO!
