OK – The fan forced heat combined with steam is great, this oven make homemade bread and pizza turn out better than you can buy. Lifting the pyrex lid is dangerous because steam escapes rapidly, I badly burnt my little finger. Overall rating would have been 5 if the lid had a handle. I think a product recall on the lid is required! Largest sized steam/multifunction oven available when I purchased.

The thermoseal really keeps the steam and heat in. The pyrex lid on the stainless steel pan is heavy,has no handles or grip points, and with the amount of extremely hot steam that builds up in the pan this is very dangerous.
