Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H1

Excellent – Sony Cyber-shot DSC H1 I own this Digital Camera, Those who like to take long distance pictures- HIGH Quality photos; Amazing camera for all those who are also interested to capture video/movie clips. I have been using this camera from last 2 years- and still enjoying playing; capturing moments of my life, one of the best camera I have ever used/seen.

I also believe that SONY is also into the category of producing high quality products and this is one of the BEST Digital cameras in the world.

As per my information- This camera came into the market in February 2005.

Overview:

- It comes with a good silver metallic color, attractive design, simplicity – easy to use (all basic functions are easy to use but if someone wants to use advance features, must have to go through manual).

- Flash is available; which is very powerful.

- It comes with 2xAA batteries.

- USB data Cable also comes with it.

- The other good thing is- It comes with battery charger; so need to purchase separately. This is actually a good thing because with many Cameras we have to purchase our own charger.

There are many good features present – basic ones are;

- 5.1 megapixels

- 12x Optical Zoom & 2x Digital Zoom

- Super Steady shot

- LCD screen with 2.5" Size

- 32mb Internal Memory with Extendable memory slot

Other advanced functions are present under “Menu” button- which is present next to LCD screen. (Middle button surrounded by four buttons). Out of those four buttons, one is to switch on/off flash, next one is to set timer which is a good feature- require when you want to take a snaps automatically, other button is for micro setting- used when we want to take snap of small objects, and the last one is to switch back to Photo mode (to view quick photo; recently captured one).

Other then these five buttons, one button is to change the resolution of photo. It can be set to 3, 3:2 and 5 megapixels. There is one more button present next to it – to delete some unwanted captured snaps.

Before purchasing this camera I have gone through many cameras but finally- I bought Sony Cyber-shot DSC H1 which is still running in the market.

Many other setting to capture photos in Moon light s, Sport, Sun light, Night, Video Capture mode- Total 7 modes are available. Auto mode is my favorite mode- where you don’t have to set anything or you don’t have to care anything except clicking the button. It automatically checks the requirement of flash.

Amazing camera- one should have the camera like this. If you hold it in your hand – it will look like a SLR Camera.

The only thing that I don’t like is- its SIZE; It is little bulky and not convenient to carry. It should require one good bag.

Excellent – Even with a bit of age on it, I keep coming back to this camera. It's survived in desert and tropical environments as well as in the cold (flash very slow if not using the right batteries) One of the best cameras I've owned for ease of use and quality. I've this one for about 6 years and its never let me down. Uses AA batteries and comes with a charger. Get very good battery life even when using the flash and the (large) LCD screen. Very easy download and has some 'in camera' picture management. Is large in size - newer cameras with similar features are smaller
