Excellent – This is a great camera, I had this for 3 years (until it got wet while white water rafting). I dropped this camera so many times and it still worked, and nothing ever broke. This model got me ooked on digital photography because it is so easy to use and the photos are great quality. A lot of people commented on how good my photos were compared to their camera, and people were always asking me what brand this was.

This also takes video clips, has a good zoom, and is easy to use and manoeuvre. I have since bought another SONY digital camera to replace this one after it got damaged (white water rafting). This is a great camera, especially as an introduction to digital photography. it has a great selection of settings, especially when you are not familiar with types of shots. It has small pictures on the settings dial(eg. sunset, portrait, etc) to help you assess your light conditions and choose the best selection for the photo. When I first bought this in 2005 it was the same size as everything else on the market. You can now get smaller condensed cameras, although the size of this one made it quite sturdy!

Excellent – I've had this camera for around 3 years now and its still going strong. I've even dropped it a couple of times and its still perfect. The picture quality is great for me (as an amature photographer) and the video quality was impressive for a camera like this one. Great compact size, nice design, awesome big screen. I got it for a great deal :) Came with great recharable AA batteries and a charger that you can use for any AA or AAA rechargeable batteries. There isn't much choices for the settings (like ISO), but it was still fine for me. I know I wouldn't have used those settings alot anyway.
