Sony HDR-HC9

Best Sony i have owned – Have owned the HC9 for over 18 months easy to use but too many menu items take time to find the one you need, great point and shoot or full manual superb image quality especially when played back on HD TV, exceptional battery life, the only complaint i have is on play back there can be the occasional stop frame of the image for approx 1-2 seconds, sometimes on playback not there then reapears may only happen once on 1 hour tape or multiple times or not at all, excellent still shots in either HD or standard resolution, not expensive for the quality it gives Superb Image quality, battery life, light weight, good low light, great still images, good viewfinder and flip out screen occasional glitch with image stops for approx 1 second on play back, some controls fiddly or too small hard to use if screen open
