Excellent – I am completely in love with my new Speed Queen Horizon and feel so confident in the brand as I know their machines are used in hotels and industrial businesses aswell as in the home, this way I know that my machine is a long term investment and will withstand the test of time unlike a lot of other big household brand names that have proved to me to be a 5 minute wonder. The features are exactly what I need to run a busy household and it is extremely gentle on my familys clothing which is most important to me!!! I know I can rely on the brand and this particular model suits me perfectly, highly recommended I love the quality and sturdy nature of this machine! The extra rinse function is fantastic for my husbands work clothes and mums that use cloth nappies!

A full wash only takes 30 minutes and it is super gentle on our clothing
