Ordered medication that was express post on the 1st of April, the delivery was for the next day, that didn't happen. Then the date changed to the next day the 3rd, didn't happen. code sent to me by them to track, stating it wasn't in their system. I am a cancer patient in extreme pain made worse by the lack of medication. It is unacceptable for medication to be lost even worse when they don't even know they lost it!
Pathetic. Drivers constantly lying about attempted deliveries and even using old photos to claim they attempted delivery. Absolute joke. They get 1 star because you can't proceed with zero rating. Constantly deliver late, badly handled products. A recent case involved my supplier specifying Startrack at 4 times the price of Auspost to ensure I received the products shipment on time for a time-critical delivery. for that but followed the supplier recommendation and paid the premium for Startrack Product shipped from Melbourne Thursday, arrived in Perth Saturday. Didn't move until Wednesday. Then they shipped it to Mount Barker instead of Albany, returned it to Perth and shipped it finally to Albany. It arrived after I had left and took 9 days to do so. The package, which contained new books, was battered and torn. Fortunately, the supplier had protected the books enough to survive. I got no help from Startrack's help lines or phone help during this journey. Email to the state manager detailing the problems and seeking response received nothing.
Unfortunately, StarTrack once again failed to deliver as scheduled. The delivery did not occur on the 17th. Online tracking was then updated to show delivery on 19 February, which again did not happen.
Tracking information became inconsistent and contradictory. The website showed the consignment returning to a distribution centre, while phone support advised it was “awaiting instructions from the sender”. This made it unclear where the item actually was or when delivery might occur.
Despite being the recipient, I was ultimately required to contact StarTrack myself and arrange a pickup from their facility, and was then advised this would take an additional business day to organise. At that point, the courier had failed twice to deliver as scheduled and then shifted the administrative burden onto the customer.
This experience is not isolated. We regularly experience failed or missed deliveries from StarTrack at this address, while other delivery companies consistently manage to deliver without issue. The recurring nature of these failures suggests a broader reliability and process problem rather than a one‑off incident.
For a paid delivery service, this level of execution and communication is unacceptable, particularly for large or high‑value consignments. Based on repeated experience, I would avoid retailers that use StarTrack for delivery.

I live near Townsville and can’t even tell you how many times the sorting centre in Sydney have sent my packages to Cairns, only for Cairns to have to send it down to Brisbane so it can make its way back to Townsville. I paid an extra $20 for same day delivery, I am extremely disappointed as it is my third day waiting and still no order , I rang the star track customer service team 3 times who said they will get it sent today and I will get updates and yet still no update on my order. Repeated delivery failures involving essential medication. The delivery scheduled for last Friday was falsely recorded as “unattended” despite no delivery attempt being made. accurately type in the tracking number listed on the SMS, so they incorrectly told me it was delivered to an interstate address. A complete debacle from Star Track & Aust Post, as per usual.

these id*ots and never showed. Just as I was about to leave, no warning prior, they “attempted” and refused to let another person at the house sign for the package. On top, wasn’t delivered until 1:40pm on the Monday.

delivery with tracking (medication) as they told me the tracking we see is different then what they see. If you are a business I recommend using a company with a rating higher than 1 star. After 29 hours got an update but now they’ve changed the expected date!
I purchased goods was informed that due to insufficient delivery address the goods could not be delivered I went back to supplier provided the appropriate details for the purchase. Pack and Send Sydney used Startrack to deliver nine cardboard boxes to Springfield QLD 4300, two of which contained expensive guitars. all boxes, but the driver didn't contact me. A neighbour spotted the boxes and was concerned for theft or rain damage. She secured the boxes. This is unprofessional and reckless behaviour by the driver. Please do not use this company to move valuable items. Third world service.

apparently delivered. Funny thing is we have cameras on our home and driveway which I had to supply to pet circle and yes no delivery was made. We’ve had a parcel left on top of our gate 9pm at night for anyone to take. Attempted deliveries we are always home like 5mins ago! Paid for same day delivery gate code supplied. received text message 8.26pm delivery 8.30pm. 8.28pm message received site not accessible! Why give delivery instructions if they are never followed. And nothing on our camera.

I checked Optus website and they have said it's been returned and delivered...still no phone no customer service nothing in 2 weeks...the poorest service I've encountered on any level ever!!!! parcel is in Townsville over 800km from me they sent my parcel the wrong way with urgent medication! When I called them I was told I have no right to know where my parcel is?? And I was hung up on, StarTrack and every single employee should resign none of them are fit to work as volunteers yet alone paid employees.

the end it turned out the local depot at my old address just kept it in storage flagged as damaged and never told anyone about it. Had someone else go pick it up for me only to find oit it was fine and now I have to fork out another $120 to get the package re shipped to my current address.
Follow-up · I still don't have my item, its sitting at someone else's house 3000km away until I can afford to get it posted.

service agent berated me for 'not being bothered to open my door' and 'not her problem'. I tried to explain that there are slight confusions by delivery drivers occasionally in the numbering on my street and could he have mistakenly given it to a neighbour, when i was told to stop threatening and accusing her drivers and sort my self out. The website still sayd delviered and has one time. the lady on the phone stated a different time and that it had gone back to sender, and the senders provided again a third different time. so some seriously bad administration and ttracking going on which is insane for a courier service this is the point of the entire company. I had 3 parcels that were not left. First time the courier refused to open the gate. Second time, again, did not open gate. Startrack advised that the gate 'should be left open'. Third time courier came to front door and left notice but did not knock. Required a 30 minute drive to collect as I could not trust redelivery. A person was home in all cases.
