Wow – It’s been 6 months since I’ve started using the strider deluxe and all I can say it’s been fabulous it’s one of the easiest prams to push easy to fold and the basket is huge which is what I was after, love all the reclining positions as my daughter is a sticky beak!! Show reply
Best Buy – Once you get to know how to maneuver all the parts it is simple to use. I like it has it will last from 0-3 years easily and also it comes with shade and a rain cover and it looks nice to. It is quite heavy though and you need a roomy car boot. also the under compartment is not the biggest although i usually do have a lot of shopping. Overall though i do recommend this pram and I am happy with it
Great pram for everywhere – The Steelcraft Strider Deluxe is an awesome pram. Has the bassinette, and seat attachment. I have had my latest babe in the bassinette of this at work. Goes well off road due to large sturdy wheels (unlike a lot of others on the market), also don't have to worry about tires going flat. Has a huge basket for shopping or when going for a walk with… Read more
the whole family in tow. Large basket, tires that don't go flat, inexpensive if you have two children close together you are left with this as a spare while you get one with a toddler seat
Great single bub pram – If you only looking at having one bubba and dont need the extra seat this is a good cheaper pram then the strider plus. still have all the great feature like the strider plus, like the capsule attachment and bassinet attachment. has a great basket underneath and some pocket in there too. easy to fold out and easy to reverse the seat love the… Read more
reversing seat, capsule and bassinet attachment and easy to push mine was quite stiff to fold down and the wheel where bumpy but i got this second hand so i dont know what the person before did to it, but still a great pram.
Steelcraft Strider Deluxe – I love this pram. It is a large pram so is great to take shopping with you as it has a huge basket with plenty of room for your shopping so your hands are free. Comes in lots of great colours and the best part is you can buy the car capsule with it so you don't have to wake the sleeping baby getting it in and out of the car. It's adaptability,… Read more
versatility and fabulous colours. Huge basket keeping your hands free. Wide wheels which made it difficult to fit through the checkout but the positives outweigh the negatives.
Love it! – So glad we bought this pram. It is wonderful to walk with and baby loves riding in it. We bought the bassinette that goes with it and we used it all the time. Our daughter was in it all the time, we could take it with us when we went out and about and she just slept through everything. very easy to push especially after a c-section, easy to fold,… Read more
and the large wheels for all terain. The only problem we have is with the seat unit not being tall enough for our daughter her head reaches the canopy and her legs hang down( but she is very tall for her age has out grown the serat unit at 2 years old,)
This is perfect! Love it – I absolutely love my Strider Dlx, My son has used it since birth and slept perfectly in it. It is very cosy and easy to drive even though it is fairly wide compared to other brands. It moves well on any surface and is easy to assemble and collapse. Everything about this pram suits what I needed and wanted. Heavy to life but you only lift it in and out of the car.
Great Pram! – I bought this pram after researching a pram with a capsule and I have loved it! I love being able to attach the capsule to the pram without waking my daughter up and running around. My husband loves this pram because he can adjust the height of the handle and not have to hunch over to push it! Large storage underneath the pram too to store lots of… Read more
shopping! Reliable, the different attachment options Just a tad wide. Can't go through the regular checkout aisles at grocery stores
Great Value for Money Pram – Bassinet attachment is great as allows baby to sleep even after the walk has stopped. Good for walking, reversible seat is great as able to see baby but as child grows they are able to look around. comfortable for baby/child, a lot of reclining options slightly heavy and bulky, wide
Good – I love the versitility of this pram and it looks great. It can be a bit awkward but is great for my daily walks I have never regretted choosing this pram. I loved the bassinet top for the first few months as my baby slept so well in it. A relative used it as her babies cradle for the first few months as it had the best back support she could find… Read more
in a pram. I love the kingfisher colour. You can have your baby facing you which is great and the stroller attachment can face both ways. I wouldn't have got it if it wasn't for my mother in law paying for it as it is very expensive. It is wide and wont fit through some doorways. We have to take the back wheels off to fit in the hatchback car.
Excellent – Love my strider. wouldnt swap it for anything! My little man loves looking at me, but when he is a little older, will love looking out. It looks fantastic, easy to handle and added extras such as the capsules are great for not waking baby.Comes with foot muff which is nice and cozy for baby in winter. Width, although this hasnt been an issue for me, a bit hard to put down if you dont know how.
Good – I do love this pram, but it was expensive for me so I had no choice but to grow to love it. I wouldn't recommend it for bigger babies. When I bought it there were hardly no other reversable prams on the market so given another chance I perhaps would choose one with narrower wheels, longer seat and easier fold. Having said that I have today bought… Read more · 1
a small roger armstrong stroller but will only use it at the shops as the strider is just perfect for outdoors and long walks. I bought this pram as it is reversable but found my son preferred to face out anyway! Very sturdy, had it for 20 months now and still good as new, and I use it a lot. Excellent for outdoors, easy one hand manouvre and higher seat so you don't have to bend too far down to tend to baby. Very large storage basket and low sun shade which is great. Yes, the wheels are wide and the seat is short but I knew this even before I decided to buy it. My son is a small boy and at 20 months old is growing too tall for the seat, his feet are hanging over the frame. Folding takes longer as you need to take the seat off seperately to save space and frame is heavy but I am used to that now. Sleeping bag was grown out of quickly and too hot for most weather, unless it's freezing outside, but you can take it apart and use it as a pram liner which is a plus.
OK – I was unhappy as soon as I started using this pram. It's very big to push around and get through doorways. It's very heavy to lift in and out of the car. I love the kingfisher blue colour this pram comes in. The extra accessories that come with the deluxe model are very useful (the storm cover, the mosquito net, the sleeping bag). The rear wheels… Read more
are really far apart and it can be extremely difficult (sometimes impossible) getting down aisles or going through doorways. I find folding and unfolding the pram heavy and awkward and lifting it into the car boot is hard work. The sleeping bag is plush and cosy on a very cold day but my baby just sweats in it if it's mildy warm.

OK – Great pram for occassion use indoors and out. Does not last the distance for daily use either in and out of car OR everyday outside walking. This pram is stylish (I had the red one) and the reversible seat postion was brilliant. Easy to steer one handed, and the pram itself sat at a comfortable height for getting baby in and out. The adjustable… Read more
height handle for parents made it comfortable for all to push. Worked great on paths, grass and beach sand. Good size shade kept sun off at most times of day. Easy to dismantle and fold. Seat not designed to take out and turn around with baby in it which is what you want to be able to do when walking outdoors and changing direction. (we did anyway bit you can feel how unsupported the seat frame is for this). Back wheels wore on the inner edge giving it a wonky look and feel. Seat clip (for putting seat into base frame) came loose after 10months. Took up entire boot space in sedan. "Flat" seat position is not flat. "upright" seat position was not upright enough for my 10month old who would pull on the front bar to see better.
Bad – We bought the strider to "upgrade" and for the $ am a bit disappointed, the handle mechanism failed within 2 weeks (away 3 weeks to be repaired) yes it pushes effortlessly but you do need a wide load sign for it, and although our girl isn't a long baby at just over one year, she is almost too long for it, Main issue is it's just too wide, we have… Read more
a SUV wagon and it takes up the whole back, over all nice to look and better to push, would we buy another ? probably not. Stylish, handles great, solid feel, good locking brakes TOO wide (as wide as many double prams), handle fails to lock (repaired) too complicated to collapse, ride is a it harsh due to solid wheels, wont fit through many normal checkout's,Brake are very hard to release
Good – Apart from the couple of cons I have mentioned. I LOVE my strider DLX. It is just so easy to use. It comes apart in 2 pieces so not to heavy to lift. ALOT of people stop me in the shops to comment on how nice the pram is and how its a great idea that the capsule snaps in and out. SO easy to steer can steer one handed, Love the fact that the car… Read more
capsule fits right into it, so no waking baby to pull them in and out of car seat when your out and about. Also has bassinett option. So easy to fold up and down. Great extras like rain cover, sun shade and winter coverall with the pram part and capsule. Can adjust the handle for different height people wheeling the pram. Very large basket underneath. Fantastic for walking. Pram feels very sturdy. Wheels are a bit wide but haven't encountered too many problems with this. I think this pram would be better with pump up tyres to make for a smoother ride over rough terrain... However it still goes great over grass and dirt etc. you can put newborns in the pram part but I feel my newborn didn't lie flat enough in there... not a problem though if you have the bassinett option. I only had the capsule and pram part.
