chaffing at all!! Got a 4 pack to start with, on day 5 after arrival I had to revert to a pair of the old ginch, felt like I’d strapped some sandpaper on.. So impressed that I’ve just dialled in and doubled my fleet. Don’t listen to any of the odd propaganda reviews; Do yourself a favour lads, take the dive, your getaway sticks will thank you!

would see that 5th star be awarded would be more transparency around the RND of their product. They do make active undies, for us that do fitness, I for one do strongman and powerlifting and found that my initial pairs had a lot of blow due to the stress. but the active pairs that they make- cap out at 3xl. I did buy a pair to try, and let's just say these are my "last resort, all the others are in the wash pair" purely because my quads get strangled.

It'd be great for StepOne to make the in a 4 and 5xl and if they want someone to RND them, reach out to StepOne, you've got my details.

2 replacement pairs were issued after 15 emails, and I appreciate that StepOne does its due diligence to ensure that its products and process' are being followed. But hopefully, next time I come to you with a similar issue it will be resolved in 1 email, not 15 + a 2-star review.

liked then purchased them, easy no worries. A few days later they arrived, opened them up and tried to put them on, tried being the problem! They were too small, I didn't take enough notice of the sizes, or so I thought. I wasn't going to do anything about it as I decided it was my fault and that would have been that, no more Step One's for me, but I thought I would really like to give them a try (my son has been buying them from the first time they were on sale and said they were the best he has worn ever!), big statement for sure. As they were my first pair, and knowing that the first pair were guaranteed, I thought I had nothing to loose, so I sent in a message outlining my problem. I received a reply from a wonderful lady called Julie from Customer Service, she said there would be no problem getting another pair that would be the right size. I must admit I was a bit surprised, the error was my fault! Anyway Julie was so nice about it, she made me feel at ease about the whole thing not forgetting that I blamed myself for ordering the wrong size. After Julie sorted out the correct size for me I went back onto the web site that night and did see a comment that read "The sizes of our Step Ones are a little on the small size" so that made me feel a bit better! So job done, all good! I received my Step Ones a day and a half later, tried them on and they were perfect, and I can testify that anyone who decides to give Step Ones a go will not be disappointed by the range of underwear available, the awesome colours to pick from, the efficient packaging and swift postage, and the perfect fit once they have been worn for the first time, they do truly fit like a glove! Lastly. the true mark of any company is the way they treat you when there is an issue with the product that you have purchased from that company, especially when the issue is of your own making! Well because of employees like Julie from Customer Service, Step Ones will undoubtedly thrive due to the excellent service and quality of their products. Thank you guys! Gordon

Amazing! I've seen the ads for years (Less so these days), but was always hesitant to buy, thinking it's maybe some clever marketing trick. (I've been tricked before with other brand "moisture-wicking" clothes that are actually sweat inducing). I finally decided to buy/try some and was very presently surprised. No chafing! Shame that, in the pursuit of greater profits for shareholders, the task of holding the family jewels has befallen to poorer quality stepone trunks compared with some of the OG ones. Some of the new ones don’t even last a year, when some that are at least 5 years old are still holding on! Won’t be heading down the stepone path in this lifetime again. Just a warning to anyone purchasing from Step one. They now use Aramex couriers, this is the worst courier company around, it illustrates exactly how Step one view their customers.

Utter garbage. They used to be my favorite underwear but now they don't even last a year. The quality has plummeted since they changed how they are made. I now purchase a competitor for half the price and they seem better quality. Disappointed as I was a loyal customer.

I purchased three different styles all in size medium and they all differ vastly in size. I contacted customer service who asked for photos and the code numbers found on the undies tag. I submitted all of this and haven’t heard a peep in response! I definitely do not recommend this company Show details

Used to be great (2 years ago) but quality dropped off completely. Now get holes at the back near the elastic within 2 months. Clearly saving cost on production to maintain margin. Now looking elsewhere for alternative brands. Shame, used to love them. Shipping terrible, 3 weeks to arrive to Perth. Aust Post faster. Show details

Never done two reviews on the same item! Thing is, I did the first before my delivery. Just knew things would work out I suppose. I love my step ones, what I don’t love is that the stitching on the band coming off from the material. The quality could be a little better. I have brought some more, and hope these ones won’t break like the last two pairs.
