Fraud - unfit to run business – Strata Professionals Port Macquarie .Corrupt and should be closed down . ZERO Stars .

Lived Under Corrupt Management for 16 years – For my 16 years experience under their control, all manner of dishonesty and corrupt dealings seem to be their way of management. To clarify, they control the owners and do not manage strata issues. They take the easy way out to the detriment of our strata problems. Steer clear of Strata UNprofessionals.

Dishonest and Lazy – I have been a unit owner all of my adult life. I have actively been involved in a number of Stratas and Strata Management. disaster for our strata plan. We have unknowingly broken many strata rules which will be costly to resolve probably through an exceptionally costly legal process. They lie when asked questions. We have paid in excess of $60,000.00 in legal costs which were not Strata cases but private individuals. Strata Professionals merely took the money from our TRUST account and paid third parties. All efforts to NCAT have failed so I recommend not going down that path. Do yourselves a favour and avoid these people at all costs.

August 6th 2017 Update: Join Unit Owners Association of Queensland (UOAQ) to avoid BCCM exploitation

Yes, we just joined the Unit Owners Association of Queensland (UOAQ). Very helpful organisation for buyers to be aware of Body Corporate and Resident Manager/Caretaker exploitation in a complex! Complaining to the Queensland BCCM Commissioner is a waste of time because he is not helpful unless you employ a lawyer.

February 8th 2018 Update: Corruptions in relation to BC management

Same person acting as Developer/Builder/Caretaker! What do you expect? And also lazy as well so nothing gets done in the complex. The BCCM regulations will need to change and Owners should be to sack these dodgy operators on the spot, but Judges are so lenient that it may take 1 or 2 years or never! It is time the politicians wake-up in Qld because Owners will be reluctant to invest in Units.

involved in many strata plans over the years and have never come across such a competent outfit as this one. I would recommend Strata Professionals to any body corporate any day of the week. Experienced, friendly and extremely helpful staff. The owner is enthusiastic and very knowledgable and actually has an Economics degree. Always very professional & courteous in their manner when dealing with strata issues for our body corporate. Nothing I can think of.
