work, which has now snapped off, which we don't know how it happened. It is very disappointing that such a vital part of the unit is made with such a weak material that it is now useless.

Good – Have been using this for 2 years and it is fantastic. I use sunflower oil, tastes great and perfect for deep frying. I've never had problems with tempura batters with veggies and seafood on 180C which it heats to in a matter of minutes. Safe and easy to use. Oil lasts a long time between replacement. It takes alot of oil, its a good thing... It is a deep fryer after all. No complaints

Bad – I like the format and size, but the cover paint disappearing that rapidly is a turn off for me. They could easily design this better with a little testing. Easy to use. Fairly easy to clean. After 3 months use the cover letters and numbers have disappeared so it's hard to know what temperature the oil is. Silly.

Excellent – This Deep Fryer is just fantastic! It is great for chips and scotch eggs and I just love the fact that it is so easy to clean. The whole Fryer comes apart in seperate pieces for easy cleaning and if you want to leave the oil in for re-use you can...I take mine out when cool and filter it back into the oil bottle as my hubby doesn't like the oil… Read more

smell in the pantry but other than that it works just fantastic...heats quickly, cools quickly and it is such a great design. You can put the lid on whilst cooking as the handle fits through the slots in the lid and you can easily see your food through the glass in lid. The rectangular shaped basket is just great also as I can fit exactly six large scotch eggs in at the same time. Last, but not least you can store the cord neatly in the compartment to suit and the handle folds away for neat storage...I love it!! Everything! Wasn't too expensive, looks great and heats up quickly!

Bad – I bought this for under one hundred dollars at myer today. I would not buy this again or recommend it to friends as it requires to much oil to use. easy to clean and chips took only 5 mins to cook Good price for what you get It uses way to much oil you have to buy at least 3 litres of oil to use . The screen fogs up so it is not good.

Excellent – had it for some time now it is just the best.the cool zone is a great idea, haven't burnt anything at all easy to clean, heats quickly, cool zone, easy to use

OK – The machine has a little window on the lid so you can see how the food is going, but it fogs up everytime i use it! Very eaasy to clean and the outside doesnt get too hot. Takes alot of oil though! AQnd i think i would prefer a lid that is attached to the machine as i have kids under my feet when i cook and oil can condisate on the lid and drip off when you remove the lid. cooks nice and crispy food! Doesnt get hot enough to cook tempura
