Great product. Love it so much I'm buying another one for our daughter – Felt the need to add a review based on other posts. Have owned this product for years and love it. We find the containers and bags very effective when shut correctly. They don't work property if they're not closed properly. Sizes would be the only criticism. Containers are a tad small for most left overs and yes, the small bags are too small for a block of cheese and the large ones are a bit 'over the top'.

Very pleased Sunbeam. Comes on camping trips with us, NEVER had a problem with the battery.

Works fine, though not as good as a proper food vacuum sealer – 3 weeks later I finished left over Christmas ham kept in one of these containers. it was absolutely fine to the end. Works well with grated cheese too. You need to line the bottom with a paper towel to absorb any moisture.

A product that does not work – This rechargeable vacuum seal pump will if you are lucky manage to vacuum seal one of the approved Sunbeam vacuum bags. You then have to wait about 8 hours for it to recharge. Sunbeam customer service not at all helpful. I tried to email Sunbeam but they say model number incorrect even tho it was taken from instruction book There was nothing to like about this product It did not do the job it was designed for

Useless – I was given this as a present. All the containers that come with it are to small and air leaks back in after a couple of days.Bags are to small, however when using the bags I found they worked great. I tried to buy replacement bags and bigger bags, however Sunbeam dont make any bigger bags. I wanted to store a large block of cheese. Wonderful gadget – This is a great product it is so portable great for the caravan I also leave it on the bench for foods that need to be resealed all the time avocado is one of those foods that i use to throw out now i just reseal it stays fresh for days. Love it Inexpensive, portable
