Sunbeam Oskar Compact LC7300

Good – I have never bought or even used a food processor before. I looked around for different reviews on many models and brands. I heard great reviews on the Oskar Mini, but the size is too small for the things I want to do. So therefore decided to buy the next size up. I didn't have a problem figuring out how to use it. I experimented abit so I would get the right cuts for the vegies I wanted. I love the drawer that hides all the different blades and spatula.

I did use it to make a cake, but I figured it did the job a little too well, because the cake "flopped".. not like when I made it using my blender, it came out perfect... but that just comes down to experience I guess... so far I'm loving the machine.. it doesn't take up much space in my small kitchen either, that's another reason why I chose this partciular model.. happy customer so far... =) Easy to use, great features, steady when in use, doesn't take up much room in my small kitchen and great little drawer to hide all the blades. I would of liked a clearer instruction manual. I'm a complete novice to these machines...it's abit heavy, but I guess that's good so it helps it keep steady..
