Terrible – This straightener is awful. Do not buy it, it breaks easily and does not work. Waste of money, and disappointing because Sunbeam was supposed to be a good brand. Nothing at all. Everything. It only lasted 3 months (refused to turn on, was not heating and randomly turned off/broke). I wasn't using it very often (only 2-3 times a week), the first time I tried it I thought it worked ok, but from then on it just refused to work. It didn't actually straighten my hair when it was wet or dry. Luckily it was still under warranty and I could get my money back.

Terrible – I was thrilled to get one of these for a Christmas present, but then it broke down the second time I went to use it. I went to switch it on and nothing happened. It was replaced by Sunbeam as it was under warranty, but it meant a long inconvenient drive to the next regional centre to take it to the Sunbeam repair place. I was talking to my hairdresser about it and she laughed and told me how her sister had the exact same one that broke down a month after purchasing too. I feel lucky that it just stopped working - I'm glad it didn't blow up or cause some other more dangerous electrical problem. Sounds like it has good features. Can be used on wet or dry hair. Poor quality. Cheap asian manufacturing. High price for poor quality. Electrical faults can sometimes be dangerous, and I wouldn't trust this item.
