Great little bike – I bought a 2010 model used with only 10,500km on the clock. The main reason for buying it was for a bit of fun during summer time or if I go to the local mall which has limited parking. I am very impressed with every aspect of this bike. I weigh in at a hefty 130kg yet this thing has no issue keeping up with traffic flow and will happily sit at 100 kph all day, even with a pillion. I'm averaging about 4 litres per 100km. Handling is great and the brakes are strong (discs front and back). My only gripes are that storage space is limited without a top box and the fuel cap can be tricky to open/close. These are very minor things and it's hands down the best scooter I've ever owned. Being under 225cc it also cost less than $100 a year for the green slip in NSW which makes running costs very low. Performance is just shy of a 250 but a green slip for a 250 is close to $280 so if you're like me and only do a couple of thousand k's a year you can justify the costs. I strongly recommend this bike to anyone contemplating a 250.

A Great Way To Get Around A City – I had a 2005 HD200 for nine years and couldn't have been happier with it. It was great for avoiding Melbourne's ever increasing traffic congestion. It was twist and go! (like a rocket). Very dependable and cheap to run. On the motorways I could easily keep up with the flow of traffic at 100kms.

Excellent – I've been riding an HD 200 for about 6 months. It has been a lot of fun! I mean, it just scoots! Traffic in Jerusalem can be difficult and drivers sometimes go out of their way to let scooters know they are not loved. I find I can get away from traffic with ease. Massive traffic jams are simply a challenge instead of a nightmare. With fuel prices of over $6.50 per gallon, I can still fill the tank for under $15 and it lasts me for nearly a week. I can always find a parking space and the locking front wheel helps me feel like I'm likely to find it where I left it. It looks nice and it sounds nice. I tried several bikes before I bought this one and the HD 200 was the best according to every criteria I used. The large wheels take bumps and curbs with ease. It has amazing acceleration and easily makes it's way through traffic. It carries a passenger on the highway and still keeps up with traffic. The seat works for me even though I'm 6'4". The bright headlight helps keep me visible even in daylight. The rear brake is not great. It could stand having room enough to carry some tools. I wish it had a wind screen.
