Great iron – I've been using the Tegal 2910 for the best part of ten years now,, best iron I ever brought. Ten years and it only crap itself. I haven't been the best at emptying it out and taking care of it, to give me this much reliable service, and I iron daily, military uniforms etc, i can't recommend the brand more highly. I'm now looking for a retailer who sells the Tegal Project Turbo GV9460..

Terrible – Something this complicated needs to be demostrated. I must have used it incorrectly but it shouldn't be that hard. Having tried to save time & improve my leisure time, wasted a whole day with this monstrosity and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Bought this to make my life easier. Hated it so much, took it back for a refund. Complicated, can easily be overfilled which causes leakage. Refilling is dangerous, like taking the top off a steam engine. Bulky, heavy and didn't get the creases out that my $50 iron does perfectly. Soleplate just skimmed over fabrics. Disliked everything about this iron

Excellent – I purchased this iron when we went back to a top loader ( due to creasing) haven't been sorry - it makes ironing so much easier and faster - I can iron continually for about an hour before I have to switch off to refill - it gets through creases really easily and you can vertical iron curtains and "refresh " things like suit jackets without having to go to the dry cleaners - if it broke tomorrow - I would happily pay for another one - ironing is no longer a dreaded chore the results it gives and how easy it makes ironing bulk and takes 10 minutes to heat up

Excellent – This is a great ironing system, saves you lots of time and you never ever need to use spray starch again. Terrific iron that is light weight and does everything it claims to do and more. I hate ironing but I love this iron. I chose this Tefal2910 after looking for a less expensive replacement for a worn out Laura Star system. Fantastic price for an iron which virtually achieves the same results of the much more expensive alternatives. This model has a large water tank and so needs filling much less often. The sole plate is similar to enamel and doesn't stick to any fabric or decals on the clothing. It heats up ready to go with full steam power after only a couple of minutes. Great for all fabrics and really cuts ironing time as you only need to iron one side of the clothes, even heavy denim. The iron also has a huge range of temperature and steam settings. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this iron

I hate ironing - but I love this! – I've had this iron for I guess going on 5 years. I remember paying a high price at the time ($400 - which was a lot to me back then!) but I hate ironing with a passion so anything that I thought could make my life easier - well I wanted it. I have never had one problem with this iron. It irons so easily and quickly, glides over clothes, is light weight, has great steam vents and does not take long to heat.

I've had to use other people's irons when were staying with friends and it felt like I was trying to iron a shirt with a giant rock! The difference it makes to your ironing time is amazing, no need to press down on the shirt - just let the steam do all the work.

You have to clean out the insides of the water reservoir about every 10 irons - I do it about every 30 (I forget!) as it builds up calcium - but you can buy special 'de-mineralising' products that help decalcify the water.

Overall if you need to iron your shirts for work, throw out whatever iron you are using now and get this one - it will change your life! Cuts down ironing time by half Cleaning out the steam reservoir
