Good for those who needs a large capacity deep fryer – I purchased this deep fryer approximately 2 1/2 years ago. Today the on/off switch broke, so it is now useless. I think this was a fairly good deep fryer for the price. It did not take long to heat the oil up, and it fried things consistently. It does require you too put a fair amount of oil inside of it to reach the 'minimum' line - so I would only recommend this deep fryer for someone who has a large amount of people to cook for and needs the extra frying space.

Everything comes apart so it can be cleaned separately which is good - though I did find that the basket was sometimes hard to clean.

Overall I would recommend this deep fryer to someone who has a larger family, or plans on doing a lot of deep frying! For someone who just need a deep fryer for cooking some basics like hot chips and scollops...I would recommend something a lot smaller. Safety features, quick heating, consistent cooking Oil capacity, basket can be hard to clean properly, heavy when trying to empty the oil

not a fan – I don't think it heats up that fast, it doesn't hold the heat when frying, and you can't put too much in the basket or the frying is inconsistent. Quick to cool down and easy to carry and move when full of oil. it was cheap cooking result not as expected

Large capacity - Faulty on/off switch – Purchased one in late 2008, within 4 weeks, the on/off switch broke and could not use the fryer as it would not turn on, got it replaced and have only touched the on/off switch one, that was to turn it on. The way we have been turning the fryer on and off since that time is by the plug. Started having problems about 6 months ago with the on/off switch again. Might have to buy a different brand next time.

Other than the on/off switch button, it is easy to come apart and clean, the basket is a little tricky to clean, but I guess that would be the same with all fryers. Capacity On/Off switch

Excellent – Have owned this for over seven months now, and with a 6 in the family i have found this the best choice when cooking for a large number of people. I have owned other fryers that can take a long time to heat up and cool down, and lose there heat whilst cooking noticeably, but not this fryer it heats up quickly for the size of it, it does not take a long time to cool down when done.

All the parts are easily removeable for ease of cleaning which is grate.

The basket holds plenty of food and is great for cooking fish.

The only down fall is that because it is a big fryer it does like the oil which can be a bit pricey to replace.

Overall im happy with and would reccomend it to anyone who needs to cook for a lot of people Big Very Big, Easy to clean, Price for brand name Oil Capacity
