Easier to deal with than Telstra and Optus thats for sure – We need a Phone system for our small business. After waiting 8 weeks to get a quote from telstra we started looking for alternatives. We rang a few companies and none seemed interested or could do anything for us within 6 weeks. We spoke with Telaustralia ands they had a quote to us the next day and we were very happy when our Phone System was installed about a fortnight later. 3 weeks after our phone system was installed we got a call from our Telstra Business Centre saying he could get us the phone system for about $2500 more than we paid. Fast service and easy to deal with.

Excellent – Very Good service. When we first rang we waited about 25 seconds in the queue. Put us through to a sales guys who immediately emailed the paperwork (he had completed most of it before sending it out based on our phone call). Once done we had our phone lines connected in 2 working days and the internet was on 3 days after that. The Modem came out ready to use. We used to be with TPG (horrible service and product) and Telstra (incredibly expensive and a hassle to deal with) before that. Telaustralia are priced in the middle but the service is better than anything we have experienced before.
