They have the worst customer service ever. First, they didn’t have a product I ordered but they didn’t contact me. When I emailed them asking why it’s taking a long time to deliver my order, they told me that one of products I orders wasn’t in stock. I picked one of options they offered me and replied straight away but they didn’t get back to me… Read more

until I contacted them asking what was going on. Another few days passed without communication and finally they replied after I told them that I would contact consumer’s affairs if they wouldn’t reply within two days. Absolutely shocking communication. I was very disappointed with their service

Extremely bad service and when exchanging goods, they don't reply to emails. They don't refund or exchange goods even when they say they do. I have reported them as a scam. do yourself a favour and don't spend any money buying from them. TOTAL SCAM.

Company just does not respond to email: sales@bicylestore.com.au – I have an issue with a Warranty on an SRAM Red Crank. SRAM Website says to take it to your Dealer, or the friendly online bike store you made the purchase from. Have now sent 2 emails with no reply (last 2 weeks), and there is no phone number to actually call and speak to a human. I have zero faith on getting a reply, so I am writing on this board (and many others) to let my fellow cycling brethren know at all costs to stay clear of this website.

Fast delivery, best price – I bought a Bell super 3R helmet (with MIPS). It was the best priced product and I had choice of colour and size whilst competitors were sold out. Delivered within 3 days to Adelaide. Extremely happy. 18 Aug 2023.

put in a business address. Their website does not allow for a business name or additional notes to be added! Of course no phone number either so the only way to contact them is email. The responses from "[Name Removed]" and "[Name Removed]" were arrogant and dismissive, I have no idea how they are still in business considering how many negative reviews they have. I, like many others, have submitted a formal complaint with the ACCC. With any luck they will be out of business soon enough, oxygen thieves.

tubes out of their plastic bags, the first of the four push button spring snap clip, slid out the tube as it was broken. I inspected the other three all snapped in half. Not sure how this can be, but it is the case. I wrote three emails so far and got two replies - one of them was asking for the manual only then I noticed I got a manual for some charger, but not to put the canopy together. Well I found one on the American page of WeeHoo. I emailed it as well as images of the broken spring. It took me now several hours to search for the name of the spring. I found it on ebay well an additional 13.20 AUD for 6 springs - just in case. Expected delivery 5 April to 23 May - oh great. I am so disappointed that I did not do my research before I ordered a 175 AUD product with 4 broken springs. Selling obviously FAKE products – I ordered a Schwalbe Lugano II tire. The first three photos are what I received. The last two photos are what it SHOULD look like. Obviously vastly different in quality and finish from what I received… what a freaking scam.

Always a good experience with these guys. I’ve ordered loads of stuff over the years and always done click and collect. Really friendly staff, helpful and polite. The products they sell are all genuine and they have great prices that often can’t be matched by anyone else.

Stay clear of this online retailer as they are not honest with their replies if you even manage to get one. I received the same email 2 weeks after my original complaint about my order. Yep we will ship in 1to 2 days which is now 16 days and counting. I have now requested a refund but still no reply and have escalated my issue to fair trading in the hope of getting this resolved.

Absolutely uselss would be an understatement! This is the worst online shopping experience we've ever had! 2 weeks to get a response and items shipped. However its too late as we're travelling and will be long gone before they arrive.. Nightmare to deal with. Never will I shop from them again.

Drop shipping website. No control over what products are actually sent as they don’t have the stock. Being a drop shipping site also explains the customer service issues others have described

ordered a web spring bike seat on 07/05/25, emailed them twice, tried to ring them with no response, should have read reviews first, but too trusting, keep clear and purchase from Amazon where you know you item will arrive.

the information wasn't forth coming I emailed them to cancel the order. The customer service staff member identified as Jayde on her signature block replied saying that the item had already been shipped so couldn't be cancelled. I checked the Australia Post website with the tracking number provided and saw that a shipping label had been generated but it hadn't been sent. I emailed Bicycle Store Customer service with this information which surprise.... They ignored. The frame is a 26 inch wheel version so no good to me and Bicycle Store has informed me that because it is clearance stock no refunds are given. I am now commencing action through Fair Trading. Avoid this company they are incapable of returning emails and customer service is non existent. They also trade as Velo Gear.

Extremely slow service – Took more than 2 weeks to receive my bike tyres despite calling. Very disappointing as I needed to replace a damaged tyre and could not ride my bike.

arrive. Any of the usual alternatives would have been 3 days tops. I wouldn’t have been upset if they didn’t say on their website that it’d take 3-4 days

The service is hilariously bad, but I did get what I ordered & I guess they have to shave budget from somewhere to get the rock bottom prices. I don’t know if it’s worth it for me, but if you hate getting emails & like saving a few bucks then this is your shop!

Avoid – Sent goods after 7 working days after they had my money, not "generally the same day or sometimes 1-4 days". Don't answer their phone. Ignored my emails and my request to cancel as they had taken so long. Never again.

Slow Dispatch, slow delivery, wrong items sent and terrible customer service – Ordered a 24" tyre and tube on Mon 30 Jan. It wasn't sent until the following Mon 5 Feb. Arrived 4 days later Fri 9 Feb. On arrival I found they had sent a 26" tyre and a 24" tube. They would not send the correct tyre until I returned the one they mistakenly sent. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS if you want you items in a timely manner or if you want the correct items sent to you or you expect any consideration from their "customer service".

Bad bad bad – Ordered tube waited almost two weeks for a reply then nothing few days later said they didn't have my order tried to send a replacement that was completely wrong size like it meant nothing. Customer service a complete joke DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Excellent Service – Wow, placed order and paid Boxing Day. Then read the reviews. PANICKED. Recieve confirmation email for my order. 3 days later my email advised order despatched with delivery date of 4/1/24. Delivery arrived 2/1/24 Early. Would deal with this merchant again WELL DONE.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM – Please read all the other reviews before you order. Do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT order from them unless you want your money taken away really fast and nothing sent for a very long time. I had the same problems as everyone else in reviews. False advertisement with listed "in stock" items. Failure to deliver products purchased within timeframes promised on their website. Still waiting for my item now as I write this review.

Read the reviews first! – Ordered a bike lock...told it would be dispatched in 1-4 days. After a week I contact them which you can only do by email, ph doesn't work and their Facebook page is shut down. Anyway after a few emails I request the order to be cancelled. I think the only reason they actually did this was I had paid by afterpay and has put in a complaint to them as well.

Great Gloves – I ordered two pairs of my favorite Bellwether gloves last week as this was the only place in Australia that I could locate this particular brand. I received an immediate acknowledgment via email. The items were dispatched via AusPost the next day and I was provided with a tracking number by email.
