something thrilling & adrenaline-pumping. In not riding bikes since my late childhood, I was amazed to find the bike they had available at the time - a Silverback Series 9 29" Hardtail. Perfect choice for my desire of a bike between $700-$900, at a sale price of $769 down from the original $1099 & all I had to do was join the club. One of the store workers named Liam immediately convinced me that this was the right choice for me & I happily put a deposit onto it & within days picked it up along with the equipment needed, altogether paying less than 3/4 of the full price. The bike truly is a beast & quite capable, whether on path, off-path, road, or wilderness & bike tracks. Quite a strong & wonderfully designed thing & my getting used to mastering the switching between its geers & suspension hardness is truly fun activity to take on at any time that I am bored - or just need some adrenaline pumping & a thrill. Great job 99 Bikes!

fine and I was quite happy with the purchase. However, that was all very soon to change.

On the 10th of March I was informed that the claim was accepted by the factory and that a replacement would be sent.

Since then I have had to constantly follow up requesting feedback and status updates. After much back and forth, I was told the ETA on the frame was the 1st week in May and then on the 13th of May, was told that the frame was in a third party warehouse in Australia. After a lot more follow up emails and status requests, I was told on the 26th of May that the frame was in the Bikes Online warehouse and would be dispatched first thing the following day.

After a lot of further frustrating requests for updates, on the 17th of June I was informed that they couldn't locate and track the parts that arrived in that particular shipment and that a manual check was being performed. That was the last communication and as of the 25th of June, my request for further updates has been unanswered. I am left struggling to believe that over a month a bicycle frame could not be located in their own warehouse, or if indeed it ever existed.

I would have to say this is the worst experience I have had with any dealings with any retail shops or warranty claims and approaching 4 months since lodgement of claim I still have no visibility on any timelines of when or even if this will be resolved!

I would strongly recommend purchasing through a local bike shop who you can deal with in person for anyone looking to purchase anything of any value whatsoever.

calling places gave me no joy whatsoever. Until I found this company. I was able to find the exact one we needed. Being overwhelmed I bought it without a problem until I realised I had forgotten to fill in my street name. Panic set in and I emailed the company immediately not expecting much. They answered swiftly and corrected my mistake. The only but serious thing was with the couriers. I had counted down the days for delivery until the last day and decided to call the company as my Norton security wouldn't allow me to download these couriers so I was unable to track it. After my email was prompt to say it had been delivered. My flatmate went to check it out and it had been left on my doorstep. There are 200 flats here and without the companies swift replies I believe it would have been stolen. Thankyou Escooter for making this purchase work so well for me. Regards Deanne

Appalling warranty claim process and communication.

I've had warranty issues with a pair of Bont cycling shoes I purchased through Pushys (Riot G) because of a manufacturing defect. They were only helpful with the return process, but the follow-up was horrible.

For two weeks after I successfully returned the shoes, there were no communication even after I made several attempts at emailing them and raising a new ticket.

When they did get back to me, they did not provide any actionable suggestion and only said "the team could not identify any problems with the shoes, Sorry but we can't see the issue that you are describing."

I was jaw-dropped, I have provided all the measurement, photos, and description as detailed as possible. And so what am I supposed to do now that the shoes are with Pushys?

I have responded back to their email, but currently, I have as yet received any next steps for this warranty claim. I am expecting another 2 weeks wait, or even longer for them to respond back.

I am a customer of 4 years, and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

another email from them re shipping, tracking or delivery. We used their website chat function to say we hadn't had any correspondence - but they didn't update anything. We had to go directly to the courier to find out where they were and when they would be delivered. Then they were delivered and one bike didn't work. There was a lot of back and forwards with them via email, no phone calls, delayed response times, and we have ended up having to take the bike to a nearby stockist to diagnose the problem - which was a factory fault and we're now waiting for a part to be sent to the bike store. Repair could take another week. So three weeks after ordering the bikes, we only have one. All communication to FR, the transport of the bike, communication with the bike store etc has been initiated by us. All responsibility has been taken on by us. In my opinion, Flight Risk should have sent us a new bike and taken responsibility for repairing the first one themselves. Its been a really disappointing customer service experience. I expect more after spending $7500 on two bikes.

troubleshooting assistance at the time. The issue later reoccurred and never went away .

Cap Rouge advised they could not assist further due to the age of the battery, the fact it was not returned during the original warranty period, and because the pack had since been opened for inspection. They offered a $100 discount toward a replacement battery.

While I appreciate the responses provided, I was disappointed a more substantial repair or goodwill solution could not be reached given the original fault history and cost of the battery. Distance and lithium battery freight practicality were also factors in not pursuing the matter further.

been fantastic, easy to ride and has lots of great features, ie 7 speed auto gear change, fully insulated pack on the rear rack, front rack, full colour info screen for speed, battery power etc. The build quality is excellent and so is the paint work! This trike is great quality, but be aware that quality costs! This bike Has a recommended rental price of $3699 but it is worth the money!!!!

decals damaged and no pedals! He paid for the premium freight company but it was sent with the cheapest. They offered to give him a refund of the difference but it was never given. They offered $50 for the paint chips and decals but that money was never sent to his bank. They sent some pedals but they look like they've been in someone's back shed for a decade - corroded! We emailed and sent photo's. We waited then we telephoned. They said people had been away sick. Then it was that they were awaiting response from the supplier. Then they blocked my son's email address : ( He's 14 and just wanted a cool BMX to ride! I wish I had read this review page before my son paid for this bike.

weeks later and still no sign of the other one. Apparently, according to customer service department the warehouse couldn't find it, then 2 weeks later they thought they had found it and told me I would be updated. Still nothing. No proactive updates and not one word of apology. Nothing short of useless. I'm actually enjoying the bike that was delivered. I just wish I had both of them and that someone in this company would actually do something. I am hoping that this review prompts some action - unless they just don't care.
