Never received my order – I placed an order and never received the product. I am seeing many others who have had the same experience.

A scam – 5 weeks after ordering-nothing received. 3 emails not replied to. This must be a scam-how do they stay in business. Stay away!

on the 23rd of November last year. I note when I ordered the items that expected arrival time was between 10-14 business days.

I called the Australian Distributor (Fantees) on or around the 14th of December 2016 to enquire when I might receive my order. I was told that it was due into the warehouse that week and would be dispatched that week also.

As it was getting closer to Xmas I sent an email on Monday the 19th of December 2016 (as the phone was not answered after several attempts throughout the day) once again enquiring when I might receive the items. I did not receive a reply from Fantees and still haven’t . I decided to try calling again (as I have nothing better to do with my time). After leaving several messages to call me back, I finally got through on the 20th or 21st of December. I again asked when I would receive my items, and was told by the “so called” customer service representative that she would email the warehouse and get back to me with a tracking number.

True to form, I did not receive my items or an email/phone call.

This was a gift for my brother who only visits once a year for Xmas.

I found the attitude of the “so called” customer service representative very rude and abrupt. She let me know that she was receiving a mountain of calls on a daily basis, and that she was fed up with dealing with the situation that was beyond her control. This included an enquiry from a customer who had still not received an order placed in August of 2016. I don’t like to shoot the messenger normally but found it necessary to point out that I was the customer and she needed to take a better approach in dealing with clients over the phone. After about 5 minutes of banter, I realized the enormous amount of pressure she was under and suggested that she duly inform the owners of the problems that she was confronting.I found the communication non existent, It reminded me of what you would get when a multinational outsources its call centre to a third world country.

I was offered a refund and declined as I was told that it would be delivered to me prior to Xmas.

At the end of the day, all good companies have one thing in common-CUSTOMER SERVICE. This needs to be either fixed from your end (new Australian distributor) or Fantees to get its act together.

If you think that my views/feelings are insignificant, don’t bother to respond.

If you feel that I have a point, get back to me at your convenience.

Pleasantly surprised – After 8 days of no notice of my stuff coming and no response to a voicemail I left and reading other reviews of products not turning up I was worried - but all of a sudden email confirmation came through and product arrived within 2 weeks of ordering (noting its busy Xmas period). It's under the tree but looks good for hubby!

Rip Off Merchants!! – Found The Ministry of British Comedy on Facebook and ordered two Tshirts at the end of October. The items never came and despite numerous attempts to contact them (and subsequently finding out they are actually Fantees) they have never responded to my queries. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and was able to receive my money back. Atrocious and clearly a scam. Buyers beware!

Absolute rubbish – Do not buy from them. Multiple products simply did not arrive, no response to phone calls or emails. No follow up at all. If it is not a scam then I can't see how they stay in business.

Total scam – Just like everyone else, I ordered, I received confirmation that they'd received my order, then I heard nothing else. Over two months later I've not received my item and I haven't heard anything back from the company. opening a PayPal dispute, I suggest you do the same. This company is a total scam. Perhaps if they spent as much time replying to emails as they do banning people, then they wouldn't have quite so many complaints here.

Utterly Appalling – I placed an order on 16/9 and it still has not arrived. I have sent in excess of 10 emails, left 3 voice messages and 2 facebook messages. disgusted. On looking at other reviews it appears this website could be a scam. (Honestly, if they're legit, there's no way they could stay in business given their appalling lack of communication and rubbish service.)

The only reason I gave it one star was because it wouldn't let me submit the review with no stars.

Lousy Service – Beware! i have an outstanding order ( over a month and still waiting) with these individuals.I tried to phone and email them, with no response, I feel I have been ripped off.

email I got confirming my order. Well that time came and went and not a single email from them. Not worrying just yet, I gave them a bit more time. Still no emails advising dispatch or that there would be a hold up. A month went by and I started getting worried. I did a google search and found that I wasn't the only person who hadn't received their items. So I messaged them through their email and on facebook and didn't get a reply at all. Then I decided to open a Paypal dispute. I didn't get a response through that either and even at this point I would have been happy to get my order so long as they explained the hold up. But then I decided to escalate to a claim and they had 10 days to respond. The 10 days came and went with no response from them and I automatically had the claim resolved in my favour and I got my money back. Two days later, I received an email from them saying that my items were ready for dispatch, but they needed confirmation of my postal address which was strange because my postal address was correct. They are so shonky and not only did they not acknowledge the Paypal dispute/claim, they didn't even seem to know that there was a claim because they were finally going to send the order? So I'm happy that I got my money back but disappointed that they didn't even make an effort to respond and explain what was happening.

Scam – The support number that exists on their site is not connected. No email, no response. Do not put your money in their hands. I shall be contacting consumer protection as this is a registered Australian domain name.

Still waiting for purchase – I placed an order one month ago. Still no sight of it. Have left numerous messages via facebook, email and phone. No answer. Feel like it is a scam. I will wait one more week and try and get a refund through paypal. Ripped off, terrible service.

Scam Artists – Pay for an item, only to never receive it! Sent multiple emails and no reply. Unbelievable! Feeling very ripped off, especially as it was a gift!! Do not buy through this site.

Buyer beware – Payed for product never received. No replies to phone calls (only got a message bank), emails or messages to their site. A sad comedy and I'm not laughing. I am guessing the positive 5 star reviews are phantoms.

Tshirts printed by Fan Tees Australia – FYI, Tshirts from this site (and maybe other items?) are 'provided' by Fantees in Australia, who have a history of not delivering etc. Read their reviews on this site and heed the advice - stay away, it took me over 3 months of constant action to get my order.

Do Not Order From These People! – I ordered a t-shirt in July, paid and have heard nothing since from them, not to mention I never received my order. They don't reply to emails, or to messages on their Facebook page. Stay away, I warned you.

Don't order - You'll pay, just don't expect to get product! – After ordering from the site early in June for a birthday present from someone later in June, I still have yet to receive anything other than a debit on my credit card and a fake tracking number via DHL in response to my email. 3 more emails later and I hear nothing from them whatsoever. Complete SCAM.

Monty Python fanatic – Easy ordering online and products arrived very quickly. Easy sales and great customer service with follow up emails. Good quality and will make excellent gifts for my Monty Python friends.

It would appear that this is a rip-off site – I'm still waiting for t-shirts ordered in January. Looking at posts on their Facebook page, I'm not the only one. Emails are replied with blythe assurances of "problems at the printers" or just ignored. It's like some rubbish seventies sit-com.

Warning: Possible scam!! – Made an order on 30th Jan, 5 emails, 2 Facebook messages & 2 voice mail messages later still no response on where my order is. This site can't be trusted at all.
