only do they sell excellent (and safe!) products, but they operate Facebook support groups, a blog, and have a downloadable guide to newborn sleep. The 4th trimester second time around has been a wholly different experience thanks to what I learned from this team with my first. If you’re looking to get a new parent a gift, literally anything from The SleepStore is going to be perfect.

weeks with the limited flights coming from NZ with all the covid restrictions at the moment but no, first day of trading after the Easter weekend my item was on my doorstep! The product was genuine, the price I paid was the cheapest online when I purchased, I would definitely purchase from here again. Only thing I would be mindful of it creating an account when you purchase so that you can track your order, I only purchased as a guest therefor had no tracking info although after realising my error I did create an account and the sleep store added my purchased to it but by the time that happened my order was here.

Zero stars- Cheep products, worse customer service – Bought A Crane humidifier that leaks water onto power input and motherboard. Emailed customer service and Julie claimed fault in design was “user error” or lack of cleaning and sent a long email of suggested remedies for multiple known issues with the Crane unit. Love my Little Unicom Outdoor Blanket – Just received my outdoor blanket in Midnight Poppy from Little Unicorn and was surprisingly pleased with the quality of the product. Product was exactly as described and the material on the top layer is very soft. I bought this to be used as a baby play mat and picnic blanket and was very happy that the material is soft enough for baby as well as water resistant.

Not good quality – Not impressed with the quality of products. I dont think its value for what you pay for. Customer service isnt great either, had to call a few times before I could get a hold of someone

Had a really bad experience – I got sent the wrong product and when I called they were rude and unhelpful. Customer service needs to be picked up for sure, working in e-commerce I know how hard it is.

Essential piece of item for all seasons – First purchased was a great bundle 1 woolbabe 3 seasons and 1 duvet long sleeves for 3-24 months. she's in the sleeping bag. we dont need to worry at the middle of the night if she's cold. We also take this with us everywhere when travelling. The best Item we got for our baby! can't recommend enough.

Great product – I ordered a boba wrap and I love the item. Only thing I would complain about is that the store is in NZ so when you order from Aus, it takes a bit longer for delivery than expected. Still, I would buy from them again :)

Next day delivery – I have bought ergo pouch and woolbabe sleeping bags for my son and recently a woolen mattress topper. The delivery is amazing- next day on my most recent purchase. The quality and pricing is always exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

Happy Customer - Great Service & Store – Best store I have dealt with online for purchasing baby products. I placed an online order, the next morning I called and asked if I could add something else to the order and it wasn't a problem. The entire order arrived 3 days later. Postage was cheap and fast, staff were helpful and friendly, products were in stock. Will buy again from this store.

Excellent online store for baby stuff (and more!) – Excellent online store with amazing customer service. Delivery was super quick too. I'm from perth and items shipping from Eastern states usually take at least a week to reach me. But I received my stuff from the sleep store in 2 days, even though they are based in NZ! Love it! On top of that, there is also tons of information on the site and the facebook page about sleep for babies and toddlers, and tips on just about everything imaginable!

This is a one-stop shop for baby sleep. They stock everything from sleeping bags, linen and clothing, to books and white noise CDs. And it is all beautiful, quality products.
