Excellent Service – Ordered toner cartridges from Tonerpak for all the machines in our offi as their prices were great. One was faulty so I called them up, I have to say their after sales service is fantastic - they sent someone out straight away with a replacement so I could keep on printing. Very impressed! Great prices, excellent srvice, friendly staff None that I can see

Good – One of the best online sites I've seen and the ability to pay by using internet banking was a definite plus. Goods arrived next day. No fuss. Easy to follow website, pay by bank transfer (don't like using my credit card online) If I have to find fault... didn't like some of the colours on the website.
