Why would you get your ink cartridges anywhere else?? – Well, I've been using Inkjet Online for years now, even when I was living over the road from an OfficeWorks store. Inkjet Online provide genuine cartridges at a better price and delivery at the speed of heat. What more could you ask for?

time ringing Dymo to try and solve the problem. Dymo eventually worked out that the problem was that I was not using genuine Dymo labels. When I rang the Ink Station they would not give me a refund and instead demanded that I waste more of my time taking videos and photos of the problem. I advise everyone never to do business with the Ink Station.

promptly with troubleshooting solutions that were explained clearly. When that didn’t work they asked me to bring the pen to their warehouse and they swapped the nib for free and now the pen works perfectly! They even gave me two free ink samples! The measure of a good business is how they help customers when they have issues with their purchases, therefore this company gets 5 stars and my life long patronage! The colours are not so strong as the originals but I could live with that. But the cartridges are fiddly and difficult to refill. On the second refill, they jump out of housings designed to enclose them to prevent leaking, and on the third they jump out of the printer and leak into it so now it doesn't work at all. I have wasted a lot of ink and it takes days to get it off my hands. Have attempted multiple time to upload very stained invoice, without success.

notification that it has been sent so I email them. They do not respond. Then I message them on Facebook and again they don't respond but I can see they've seen they've seen the message. A day later I try again and they finally respond. Tried to blame me as they said they had tried to call me, even though they have my email address and could have tried that and I had no missed calls. Claimed my address was wrong, which it wasn't but I gave them a PO Box number and reiterated that I needed it sent express post. They sent it parcel post and when I complained they told me to tell Australia Post and they wouldn't refund me until the goods were received back to them. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything.

make my money stretch. As such, I do not buy a new laptop very often. When I got home I excitedly told my brother about my new laptop. He called me a goose and asked why I had bought a new laptop as my current laptop is still ok from his view. I said I was looking to buy a faster laptop as my memory is shot after a number of brain surgeries. A slow laptop means I forget what I am going to write and what I am doing etc when the computer takes too long to type my information out, or the cursor freezes. When I took my current laptop in to show the Officeworks staff person, they suggested a certain laptop. I mentioned why I wanted a new laptop. Specifically, I was hoping to update my current laptop so when the weather warms up I can still use it without it freezing. In general, I need a laptop that is faster than my current laptop. The staff person was nice about things but based on my price limit I think he found a laptop that would meet that budget rather than my specified parameters? Ignorantly, without a support worker with me, I bought the laptop that we were looking at. Excitedly (as you do when you buy a new laptop), I snipped the blue wrapping/holding tape off the new box when I got home and had a quick look. I didn't even take the laptop out of its white inner packaging. On phoning my brother to share my news, he called me a goose and asked why I had bought a new laptop? I have now been told that I can save files to a hard drive to look at later and also use a cooling mat to help keep my laptop cooler in the hotter weather, none of which were mentioned to me at the point of sales. When I returned the laptop (the next day, based on what my brother had told me) I was refused a refund. That gutted me as $800 is a lot of money to be loosing on a purchase that I had made merely one day earlier. That is close to 2 months savings if I do nothing else! I was told the return has to be unopened and in its original packaging. Except for ironically opening the plastic sealed guarantee and loosely opening the box the laptop was sealed in (given there was no mention on the box itself of what was inside the box), the laptop was exactly as I bought it. I had not messed with anything so I asked to speak to the manager. The manageress presented herself and recited the same as what the sales person had about not being able to give me a refund, despite the product not meeting my needs. She suggested that I could forward sell my laptop on Marketplace. I could tell the manageress had no experience with either dementia or brain injuries. I left feeling gutted. Two days later I approached JB HiFi. They were amazing.. and have a return policy. I know where I will be telling my brain injury friends to be shopping in future. It will not be the Ipswich Officeworks store.

disappointing experience. I purchased a digital gift card from them online and only received it the next day, which was already slower than expected. When I finally got the card, it was completely different from the one I originally ordered. I contacted customer service and explained the issue, but they refused to refund me even though it was their mistake and not what I paid for. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend buying from this company.

don't allow a DIY refill.
I was overjoyed to find Inkbank had a set of refillable cartridges and the ink as a kit . The service was great, the gear arrived promptly as Australia Post could manage.
Overall the total was $100 ,but it now means i can refill cartridges for a line time to come at $2.50c odd a cartridge as against $17-$20 against the Epsom cartridges.
The refill process was quite simple and straight forward and the printer has printed about 100 pages - over 3 weeks- with no problems.One has to be careful to disable the automatic updates as that can muck up the chip.
